Location, Location, Location! 1 minute walk to chairlift or 125 steps. 3 minute walk to Center of Vail Village

Free Wi-Fi and Free parking for one car.

Located IN Vail Village! For winter travelers, it is a 1 minute walk to the Chairlift and a 3 minute walk to the center of Vail Village. For summer traveler, it is a easy 5 minute walk to Ford Amphitheater and the Bravo Series as well as the International Dance Festival. If you haven't been to the Ford Amphitheater, this is a venue you should attend when visiting in the Summer. Also, the Ford Alpine Gardens are very beautiful and a great place to picnic!

I provide a quality product and want to rent to those who desire and will appreciate a quality product. Under construction for six months, my 'new' Condo boasts a French Country theme. It is perfect for a couple or a couple with one or two small children. I sketched out a floor plan and you can view it under my photos. Travertine cobble-stone-like flooring, Slab granite counter tops, Hand troweled walls, built-in bunk bed area with two twin beds, wall to wall drapes, large entry/mud room area. Very light and bright. I have also included a 26 inch wide screen LCD TV in the living room and a 28 inch wide screen LCD TV in the bedroom DVD player and DVD's are also provided. The DVD player in the bedroom is actually part of the the TV and the insert is on upper left side. The condo also has a IPOD/IPHONE docking station so you can listen to your own music.

The mud room entry is great with cubbies for hats and gloves and coats as well as a place to hang skiis. There is also a lovely built in bench for sitting while putting on or taking off your shoes.

The kitchen has a bistro table with 2 side wings you can put up when extra space is needed for meals and seating for 4.

The built in bunk beds are located directly across the hall from the bedroom offering privacy for the parents. I realize that all not all kids like bunk beds, but this is what I offer. There is no sleeper sofa.

All Seasons is located directly across the street from the Golden Peak Chairlift, Larkspur Restaurant, and Children's Ski School. It is a short walk to the center of Vail Village, only about one and a half blocks. Private, gated parking for one car is included. Parking in Vail Village is a PREMIUM and not all condos come with free parking. Parking in the Village Parking Structure can cost $28 daily.

Check out my map as it identifies things such as Chairlift, Children's Ski School, Ford Amphitheater, Betty Ford Alpine Gardens, Starbucks, Movie Theater, and Bowling Alley. All within walking distance of this condo!

The Ford Amphitheater and Ford Park are a short walk to the West. This is a great location for lacrosse and soccer. It is also a great location for the Bravo Philharmonic Series and the International Dance Festival.

There are several seasons in Vail and my rates vary per season.

Each season has a high and a low rate and sometimes there I run specials for multiple night stays. See 'RATE DETAILS' for more information.

Again, keep an eye on my advertised rates as they are clearly listed and I often run specials. The best deals are for 7 night stays in the summer.

This condo is a garden level unit.

I hope you have the chance to visit this romantic Village and stay in my lovely condo. Safe Travels!

About Rene Blanchette, Owner

I am a Realtor and have lived in Vail since 1990. In my younger years, I worked in the Hotel Industry and was the International Sales Manager for a major Hotel Chain, The Westin. Working in the hospitality business gave me much insight into what a guest expects in vacation accommodations. I think I provide just that with my darling condo. When I first purchased it, I lived in it for a year while I fixed it up and refurnished it. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Rene Blanchette, Owner purchased this condo in 2004

Why Rene Blanchette, Owner chose Vail Village

This condo is in the best location. It's located in the pedestrian village of Vail Village, yet it is 1 and 1/2 blocks from the hustle and bustle, therefore, it is very peaceful. The fact that it comes with free parking is a huge benefit during the ski season as parking can be difficult and can cost as much as $40 per day. If you have children, this condo is just across the street from Children's Ski School. In the summer it is a short walk to the Ford Amphitheater and the Bravo Symphony Series as will as the International Dance Festival.

What makes this condo unique

I have lived in Vail since 1990. This makes it easy for me to maintain and keep an eye on the condo and it's wear and tear. I strive to keep things fresh and comfy.

The location is fantastic! Walk to everything as it is located in Vail Village.

The condo comes with free parking for one car.

Only 125 steps to the Chairlift.

It is a garden level condo so it's not about the view - but it is always fresh and comfy and CLEAN!

Clean, cozy, and close to eveything

  • 4 of 5

We had a great stay. Communication, directions, and instructions were clear and the place was clean and comfortable. The unit is slightly below street level with the window at the same level as the parking lot so there was not a lot of natural light, but plenty of lights and lamps were available.

I would definitely stay again.

Good location, clean condo, great service.

  • 4 of 5

Good condo with nice finishes. Very convenient for skiing as Golden Peak lift is extremely close. Also very convenient for getting to Vail Village. Rene was very helpful and easy to reach. Good tv setup with cable and Netflix, would've liked to have a radio or iPod dock. Living room layout is a bit strange with a love seat right under the television. Shower is poorly laid out with low shower head, shelf in the way, knobs that interfere with each other, and the bathroom floor gets wet. Overall a great location, fair deal, and a well-run condo; but could do with some improvements to layout and facilities.

Quaint but sufficient

  • 5 of 5

Couldn't ask for a much better location, without paying ridiculously exorbitant amounts of money for the incredibly overpriced lodging in the village. Love Vail, been skiing here for over 20 years, but the absurd costs for the regular Joes to stay for a night or 2 will be limiting our future visits. That being said, Rene's place is great for a couple, maybe a child or 2. Walking distance to the village or the in town bus that can get you anywhere you need to go. The unit itself is fantastic. Cozy for sure, well planned out for space utilization. Very well appointed and cute as can be. Of our 7 nights, we only ate in 3 of them, but we made simple eggs and toast every day before we skied. Literally a 4 minute walk across the street to the Golden Peak lift, so easy to get fresh tracks, come back and grab a snack by 11, hit it again til 3, come back and shower and be in the village for apres and dinner by 430. The only thing we found missing is a convenient hot tub. There is not one on the property, though it seems there is plenty of space to have one. Aside from that, we loved our stay and will definitely keep it mind any time we stay for more than 2 or 3 nights in the future.

Great location!

  • 5 of 5

This place was just what three people needed. It had enough space, but not too big and the host was very accommodating. Very close proximity to the chair lifts too!
