Enjoy this condo in Vail Village across from the Solaris Resort. We are walking distance to the ski lifts, shopping, restaurants, fancy bowling alley, ice skating rink, Vail microbrewery and more! The unit features a gas fireplace in the living room, full kitchen area and views of the gorgeous Solaris resort & ice-skating rink. The living room and kitchen have been newly updated. Queen bed in lofted bedroom area and very comfortable brand-new pull-out sleeper sofa in living room along with a full bathroom. Condo also has a washer and dryer. We have recently installed A/C for the summer! STR# 007193

Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Exactly as described. I would not there is only stair access to the unit which could be an issues for some with luggage. Steve was incredibly accommodating.

Absolutely true that it is a walk up a flight of stairs to the unit, so it requires a hearty soul and a fitness mindset. The location and view across from the ice rick are as good as it gets. The property is perfectly located in the heart of Vail Village. The unit worked out perfectly with our kids sleeping on the pull out couch and the adults sleeping in the King bed in the loft.

Excellent Location

This property provided us with a great location for a 2 week ski vacation. We had all the kitchen, bath, bedding, seating, entertainment options needed to make for an enjoyable stay. The host was first class. Will definitely do it again.

Incredible Location

In the center of Vail Village directly across from Matsuhisa & Solaris Resort. Lovely, clean condo. Even though it’s in the center of town, still very quiet at night and that’s even on NYE. Walking distance to everything, no car needed! Will definitely stay again

Fantastic Vail Getaway

Really great location in Vail Village. Easy access to restaurants and short walk to Gondola One. We actually were stranded for 2 extra days and our host was incredibly understanding and accommodating for us. We cannot recommend this listing enough

Although a great location, parking cost us 65 per day. We weren’t aware of this until 2 days in advance. Also, this unit is not comfortable for tall people. I’m 6’2 and the bed was short, the shower was small and bedroom ceiling was low. Again, great location but I probably wouldn’t stay here next time

Thank you for staying at our Vail Core property located in the heart of Vail Village within walking distance to Gondola One in ski boots. We recommend that guests use the affordable Epic Shuttle to and from the airports. If you must bring a car the Town of Vail Transporation Center Parking Garage is the most affordable option. Trying to park in Vail Village proper is like parking in Manhatton. We do not own a parking spot and there is no free street parking which is typical of mountain towns. Our listing is accurate in all respects. The ceilings are of standard height including the lofted bedroom. The is a architecturally design element and the ceiling slopes towards the headboard of the bed. We find it wonderfully cozy and charming. This is our cherished mountain home of over twenty years. This Vail Core property located in the very heart of Vail Village is an exceptional value in both in season winter and especially so in the summer.

Want to stay again!

Location is PERFECT! Two adults and our 5 year old going to ski school for the first time. We LOVE Vail and like to stay in the Village. Condo was great! We hope to make this a yearly trip with our daughter now that she loves to ski too!

Great location in Vail Village

Our experience at the condo was great! The location in the heart of Vail Village cannot be beat. The condo was perfect for two adults. AC, extra towels, full kitchen, etc. were appreciated! Our communication with the host was very easy/quick. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Vail Destination!

Had a great three day ski vacation staying at this unit, which features both exceptional location and exceptional value! While tricky to initially locate the entrance (conveniently next to a Pizza Restaurant!), the place is charmingly well stocked and well maintained! The upstairs loft bedroom was very comfortable, but the pullout sleeper sofa was hard and could use some sort of pillow-top covering to make it a more restful sleep. Would highly recommend this unit, especially for any couple looking for a Vail visit!

Thank you for your kind words regarding our mountain home located in the very heart of Vail Village which is just steps away from the best shops, restaurants and Gondola One, your gateway to the legendary mountains and back bowls of Vail Ski Resort. We do everything possible to keep it all well stocked and maintained. The couch in the living room was just purchased from the high quality retailer “Room & Board” at considerable expense and features a highly rated by “Consumer Reports” branded memory-foam mattress. We find it ourselves to be very comfortable and is considered the absolute best in class in comfort for pullout sofa beds. Thanks again for your stay and we hope you choose to come back again soon!

Comfortable condo with nice amenities

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Vail Core condo. The location is key, a 5-7 minute walk to Gondola 1, across the street from the Solaris skate rink and a short walk to the free bus that takes you to Lionshead. The condo is well stocked with everything you will need to cook. If not feeling in the mood for cooking, within a short walk you have a wide array of dining options. Definitely recommend the condo to anyone looking for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.
