Great property for our family to stay while in town attending a nieces wedding. If in the area again , we will be staying at this house for sure .AWSOME !!!!
Beautiful views and the house is maintained well maybe the exterior could have used some clean up but still a wonderful stay. We had some trouble with the internet and although they were quick to remedy the problem it’s not the best internet since it kept going in and out the entire stay. Even I mentioned a few things I would definitely visit this property again!
Beautiful location on the river. Note that the steps going down to the patio and River can be difficult if you have knee problems. Also be careful with littles and older guests as the patio by the river does not have a railing. The home has a large downstairs are with a huge table and seating for all. Our family had a nice time.
We are extremely proud to offer our home for your enjoyment. We love this area of Texas and plan on retiring here one day away. We look forward to sharing our wonderful 'La Villa Cascata' with you and hope you enjoy!
Why they chose this property
When we think of the Hill Country in Comal County, we think of relaxing on the river, enjoying the hill country views and taking a break from the business of life. This home's location is perfect for letting our thoughts wander. You will enjoy everything the area provides - tubing, fishing, boating, hiking, shopping, golfing, hunting, exploring, music, restaurants, etc. and at the end of the day, you will have this wonderful property waiting for you. Location, location, location. We could enjoy cities like Austin or San Antonio (both about 1 hour away) or the quaint towns of Gruene, Wimberely, New Braunfels, Fredricksburg, etc. If you like shopping - the San Marcos outlets are also very close by.
Bottom line - the home can adapt to your needs - and that's why we love it.
