Wristbands are required for all guests during Spring Break/Holy Week.

This one bedroom, one bathroom condo is located on the beach. Fully furnished with basic cookware and utensils. The master bedroom room has a comfortable queen bed as well as a bunk bed with two twins. This South Padre Island beachfront one bedroom condo also has
wifi and cable television. There is a community pool and hot tub. Enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony.

Every stay at Florence I #402 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings.
