A beautiful 2 bedroom condo with a great view of the Gulf and Bay!

Come and relax in this stylish 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo. Bedrooms are king and two full sized beds, which accommodates 6. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV plus a sliding glass door with access to a private 5th floor balcony overlooking the Laguna Madre Bay. Master bathroom has a walk-in glass tiled shower. Second bathroom has a glass tiled tub and shower combo. Inviting, functional kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets with granite counter tops. Fully stocked kitchen includes coffee maker, blender, and toaster, plenty of dishware, glassware, bake-ware, and cutlery. Dining area includes dining table for 6 with 2 additional bar stools around kitchen island. Stacked washer/dryer combo included. The living room is furnished with a leather sofa, love-seat, recliner, and a 48” flat screen T. V. Step on to the balcony and enjoy the Gulf view while soaking up the sun with plenty of balcony seating available.

Cozy home had everything you need. The view from the N side is awesome. We were able to see the fireworks without having to leave. The view from S side great to see the beach and ocean is so relaxing. Great place to stay.

Just as nice as advertised!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunchase IV. Number 511 was just as advertised: very nicely kept and decorated, very clean, and conveniently laid out. It is unusual to come in on the level with the bedrooms, and go upstairs to the living room and kitchen, but as the suitcases stayed on that level, it works out fine. There is a good view of the ocean from the east-facing balcony on the level with the kitchen, and a nice view of Padre and the bay from the bedroom balconies (and a nice view of fireworks a couple of nights!).

The owner was very responsive and yet by no means intrusive - a perfect balance. All our questions got answered--attentive without interrupting our stay.

We enjoyed the ping pong tables on the 2nd floor - there are paddles and balls in the laundry room next to the kitchen. There are also tennis rackets and other equipment for recreation.

Once you figure out (which wasn't hard) getting in and getting out, it really is a breeze. Resetting the door code (on the keypad) lets you come and go without a key to remember.

We had no problems with noise from neighbors.

All in all, a very nice stay in South Padre - we hope we can stay there again soon.

An absolutely wonderful condo, view and furnishings

First of all I have to say Jamie was a pleasure to work with. The condo was exactly as it looks in the photos and yet the photos really don't do it justice. The view from the balconies are wonderful. The main balcony allow you to enjoy the most beautiful sunrise experience ever and the bedroom balconies allow the viewing of the sunsets. Often times the beds in condos are not comfortable...not these! The beds were very comfortable as was everything about this place. I look forward to booking this unit again and again and again as I begin to make SPI my home away from home when I'm not cruising!

Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: Sunchase IV offers additional parking which is available on a first come first served basis for parking just outside the gate - Elevator: The property has 4 elevators. - There is 2 Gas BBQ Grill and 2 Charcoal BBQ Grill. There is a Wristband Fee of $50 per stay during Spring Break, Holy Week and July 4 SEASON.

Last minute get-a-way, just call us for special Rates! We discount for reservations within 2 weeks of arrival or reservations that fill gaps in our calendar even down to 2 days.

If cancellation is 14 days prior to your arrival date, there is $25 processing fee. If cancellation is within 14 days of arrival, we will retain the $200 advance deposit.
100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
