Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and access to a private 5th-floor balcony overlooking the Laguna Madre Bay on the north side of the island. During the summer months, enjoy the views of weekend fireworks, along with breathtaking sunsets year-round.
The bathrooms have been tastefully updated with elegant tile and quartz vanities. The primary bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, while the second bathroom features a walk-in glass shower.
Upstairs on the second level, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishware, glassware, bakeware, and cutlery, plus a Keurig (pod-compatible) with a traditional coffee maker, blender, and toaster. The dining area comfortably seats six, and a large kitchen island provides additional space for gathering. This level also includes a half bath and a laundry/pantry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

Rental Policies:
• ALL March, Semana Santa, Easter, and 4th of July rentals with any occupants under 25 must have a parent or custodial guardian present for the entire stay. The primary renter must be 25 years or older.

Hurricane / Tropical Storm Policy:
Refunds will not be issued unless the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation of South Padre Island due to a tropical storm or hurricane warning. In such cases, any unused portion of the registered guest’s Property Use Fee will be refunded.
