Esta villa modernizada de 3 dormitorios tiene capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente (el dormitorio 3 tiene una cama plegable para la séptima persona si es necesario).
La villa ha sido renovada a un alto nivel con una moderna cocina y cuartos de baño.
Todas las habitaciones son luminosas y con brisa y tienen acceso directo a la terraza. Todas con mosquiteras y aire acondicionado.
La cocina abierta / comedor / sala de estar da directamente a espectaculares
vistas al mar.
La terraza exterior recibe una hermosa brisa marina durante todos los meses de verano: la cena al aire libre es imprescindible en la espaciosa terraza y la gran mesa de comedor y las tradicionales sillas de taberna crean un entorno maravilloso para la cena grupal. Le garantizo que deseará desayunar, almorzar y cenar en la terraza delantera: ¡la puesta de sol debe verse y disfrutarse todas las noches! (Una copa de vino al atardecer en la terraza será lo más destacado de cualquier estancia).
La cocina está bien equipada con un nuevo horno doble / microondas de convección, dos refrigeradores grandes y un congelador, así como una nevera de vinos variada.
La villa está situada en hermosos terrenos privados con un área de piscina cerrada e independiente, que cuenta con una piscina más grande que la media (12m x 5m), un área para tomar el sol y una zona de asientos con sombra.
Esta villa también se beneficia de WiFi, televisión y reproductor de DVD. Se suministran DVD para adultos y niños.

The villa is spacious, clean and very well equipped. Everything was to a high standard and very comfortable.The outdoor areas were perfect, with lots of seating options to enjoy the amazing views.The pool itself was lovely, with plenty of space around it for the sunloungers and an other seating area.The villa is very private, super convenient to Coral Bay and made our stay very peaceful and tranquil. We will definitely be back :)

Absolutely lovely villa. The views are spectacular. The pool is amazing. As a keen swimmer it's great to start your morning with a few lengths. You can choose between shade and sun on the terraces and you can never get tired of the view. As has been mentioned many times, the sunsets are to die for!The villa is well equipped. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Clean and tidy.We had a few hiccups but all were sorted out very quickly by Andrea the managing agent. Great service.It was absolutely scorching during our stay. There is aircon in the bedrooms but not in the main living area. Fans are provided and we left the bifold doors open but it was still very hot. It didn't spoil our time there but it was a bit uncomfortable at times so be aware if you are booking in the very height of Summer.That said, I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here.

Incredible villa with the most amazing views

We had such a wonderful time during our stay- the pictures just don’t do it justice. It was spacious, have all the amenities you need, fabulous views and sunset and the pool was perfect! For those with little ones it was extra special, the large terrace is gated so super safe for them to play - there is a grass area which is lovely in hot weather and we loved having the bbq- we barely even needed to leave the villa! It’s super close to the main strip with lots of restaurants and bars- the owner and property manager were so lovely and very responsive. We really hope to book again next year

Großartiges Haus in hervorragender Lage, ruhig gelegen und dennoch sind sowohl Supermarkt, alsauch Restaurants gut zu erreichen. Der private Pool ist wunderbar. Die Terrasse ist ausgestattet mit vielfältigen Sitzgelegenheiten. Auch Coral Bay Beach ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Ausblick über Landschaft und das nahegelegene Meer ist einfach herrlich. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und vor allem auch gut ausgestattet. Das WELCOME Package, das von den Vermietern bereitgestellt wurde, war eine liebevolle Geste und hat für unser Frühstück gesorgt, nachdem wir mitten in der Nacht erst angekommen waren. Vielen Dank!

Wonderful stay

The villa is in a perfect location with wonderful views. The villa was clean and very well equipped. Plenty of space and the pool and garden was great. Communication was good. We visit Cyprus a lot and this villa was by far the best one we have been to. Car recommended for the steep location, but all amenities are very close. Thoroughly recommend and will be booking again.

Great stay

Fabulous holiday. Great location and view. Restaurants, shops supermarket 5 mins in car or 20 min walk. Large pool. Well equiped kitchen. Lots of games, books and dvd's etc. Very relaxing and great stay.

Sehr "coole" Unterkunft

Hier sollte niemand Angst vor Ameisen haben, denn diese sind überall (nicht im Bett :-) )Aber das ist auch schon das einzig negative. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, umlaufende Veranda und super Pool. Es liegt auf einem Hügel und man sieht zum Meer oder zur Stadt, super Sonnenuntergänge. Die Zimmer sind groß, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden und der Gas-Grill funktioniert auch. Die Hausmanagerin ist immer zu erreichen, wenn Fragen aufkommen. Ein Rund-Um-Super-Haus für den Urlaub. Wichtig; Zypern ist ein Auto Land, ohne geht es gar nicht, auch der Weg zum Supermarkt ist nicht unbedingt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Viele Strände sind in der Nähe, am Besten hat uns der "Corallia Beach" gefallen (2 Liegen + 1 Sonnenschirm = 7,50€) egal zu welcher Zeit man an den Strand kommt. Die Tavernen sind sehr zu empfehlen, am besten fährt man nach Pegeia.

Fun time at villa Kalithea

Excellent outdoor space with wrap around balcony/terrace. Warm nice sized private pool. Great views. Easy access to Coral Bay Area and supermarket. Well stocked kitchen. We had a problem with the aircon and the unit was replaced under instructions from the owner within a couple of days. We also had an issue with the bbq and Andrea the local manager came and fixed it quickly for us. Excellent support for our stay. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely villa and fabulous pool & views!! It is well worth making friends with local taxi firm - Roberts was excellent! - as the walk back from Coral Bay is very very steep! The villa has everything you could want

Fab view from the vill

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The location is fantastic and the view across the horizon is amazing, especially during sunset. The villa is well looked after by the property manager, and she is always on hands to answer our queries. The only minor issue we had was the gas BBQ. Part of the grill is rusty and not useable and only 3 gas jets were working as the remaining were caked in grease. We ended up buying a disposable BBQ at the end. I believe the BBQ will most definitely benefit a thorough clean by a professional cleaning company. Overall, I would recommend a stay at this villa.

Wow! what amazing views

We stayed as 2 families in August 2023. The villa was amazing with wonderful panoramic views from the veranda. The swimming pool was great and very large and the space around was amazing to relax and sunbathe. Inside the property was very spacious, all the bedrooms had air con (on a timer up to a maximum of 4 hours) and all windows had roller shutters which kept them cool but also dark in the mornings. On arrival we were greeted by a welcome pack including wine, bread, milk and tea. There is a water cooler in the living area so cold water is available. The main living area doesn't have air con but had ample fans and the bifold doors can open on to the veranda to provide a breeze. The veranda is amazing and provided views all around. The property is managed by Andrea who lives locally and was on hand to assist when we had a power cut. She also gave lots of recommendations of places to eat and things to do and was always available on the phone. The road to the villa is very steep but our car made it. There are 2 villas being built opposite so we did have some noise but it wasn't too bad as we were out most days. We would highly recommend this property and will return soon. Thank you Katherine for allowing us to stay at your amazing villa.

A beautiful private villa

What a stunning villa this is. We arrived very late so it was great that the owner had provided a pin of the location. The views are amazing and the pool is beautiful. Even though other properties are close by you are not overlooked at all. You definitely need a car to get up the hill to the villa but there is so much space here. The weather was hot and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was very welcome. Everything that you need for your stay is provided here. I am so grateful we found this gem and were able to stay here.

Amazing!

Absolutely amazing property with loads of space, really nice pool which was very well used by us all. Lots of shade and parasols down by the pool and sun loungers. Love the fact that the pool and the veranda could be gated off, ideal for my 4 year old. Well equipped kitchen, big fridge, Nice size bedrooms (only thing here is that the doors dont close properly, including the door from the living area to the bedrooms and when i put little one to bed couldn't close the noise echo out) Big open doors to the veranda was lovely. Great views all around, air con to the bedrooms was a great touch and somedays very much needed. Great location near coral bay. Would definitely go back! Thank you so much. We are already looking at dates for next year x

Fantastic Views

A well appointed, well-situated property within easy reach of Coral Bay. One of the largest plots - even though there are neighbouring properties, you never felt you were too close.

Excellent stay at villa Kalithea

Got lost a bit with Google maps directions, but otherwise pretty straightforward. Villa is lovely and has everything required. Only downside was wasps when we stayed, every time you had food outside wasps were there straight away. Pool was lovely cleaned bbq before leaving but don’t think it had been cleaned prior. Otherwise glorious to die for sunsets, good restaurants and brandy sour is now my favourite tipple.

Great villa

Great villa in a lovely location. Beautiful pool, spacious accommodation and patios with ample outdoor seating. Fantastic views to the sea and sunset and as long as you have a car everything is within easy reach. Would definitely like to stay again.

Fantastic Villa

An amazing villa with fantastic views. The pictures really don't do it justice. So spacious inside and out, ample of places to escape to or gather together, could not have asked for more. The pool itself was a brilliant size with ample sun beds, seating and parasols. Kitchen facilities were brilliant, everything you could need was there with plenty of fridge space and the water dispenser was a god send. The information given before we started our journey was the best we have ever received and Rebecca and Terry who look after the villa were friendly and very helpful. Good holiday all round.

Best family holidays ever

Our family of five had the best holidays in this beautiful house and we are very grateful for that. The views from the house were just magical and we could not get enough during our two weeks of stay there. Kids just loved the swimming pool and played on the grass too. Communication with the house owner Katherine was easy and so it was also with Rebecca who takes care of the house. All in all, we all five loved the house and would definately want to come back there. Thank you!

House with Amazing Panoramic View, but with minor beauty flaws

We stayed with our 4 children. Placement is great. Private, but still close to everything (Car necessary). The view from the terrace was astoning. The House it self is a bit worn out. Notice: Only A/C in bedrooms (with timers= Maximum 2 hours - Eco friendly but not practical as We woke up during the Nights because of the heat and then we had to turn A/C on again). No A/C in rest of House thus never below 30 degrees in Livingroom/kitchen etc. 2 Big fridges and a small freezer in the Kitchen was nice. Rebecca and Terry who looks after the House on the owners behalf are indeed very friendly and helpfull.

Fantastic villa

Really great villa, communication and check in were great. You do need a car really as it’s not really suitable to walk anywhere from there. The pool is fabulous! We spent most of the time around the pool. Great facilities, comfy beds and air con!
