This 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit is in tower 3, 1st floor, right over the lagoon pool, the best location in the whole resort!! The unit features wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows looking out at the gorgeous gulf and 1800 sq ft of luxurious living space and has been totally updated as of 5/2017.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a Tempurpedic mattress along with a chaise lounge so that you can sit in the windows enjoying the ocean views or reading the latest novels. The bathroom features a beautiful tiled walk in shower with rainhead. In the second bedroom, there are two queen beds with new plush top mattresses and this bedroom also features a very unique walk in shower with rainhead. And in the third bedroom, another king size bed with a Tempurpedic mattress and this bathroom features a new tub with tile surround that looks gorgeous. This bedroom also has the private second balcony over the lagoon pool as well as the wet bar area. All bedrooms have 32" TV's with DVD players and use 400+ count linens. Each bedroom has it's own private full bathroom with his/her marble vanities.
The living room features two new leather sofas and 2 comfy chairs for plenty of seating, a large 55" flat screen TV with a DVD player. The dining area seats six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar, which has been done with a tumbled stone finish. The kitchen has all new, black appliances with new "cottage white" cabinets and gorgeous granite countertops with a mirrored backsplash. The stove is a new ceramic cooktop, there are plenty of dishes, glasses and flatware, we even provide a slow cooker in case you decide to cook in! The condo has brand new tile as of 3/17 throughout the entire unit! The new tile features the "reclaimed" wood look and is absolutely beautiful!
Long Beach Resort has gated access w/security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building--not across the street or in a high-rise tight parking garage! There are three pools, two polynesian style pools that are seasonally heated and the huge 6800 sq ft Lagoon pool with tropical islands and waterfalls. Each pool has it's own jacuzzi hot tub. Enjoy a burger and your favorite beverage at the Lagoon poolside bar and grill, The Hangout, which is open March thru September. Long Beach is conveniently located near all the great restaurants, golf courses, putt putt, kids attractions and don't worry if you forget something, Wal Mart is just down the street and Pier Park is just a short, scenic drive down Front Beach Road!

Clean rooms, quiet setting, beautiful beach
We really enjoyed our stay at our condo we rented! The condo was clean and comfortable and the views of the beach were amazing!! It was easy beach access. Close proximity to other local attractions. The condo was even stocked with laundry soap, dishes, and other useful things. We left the laundry soap we bought. Just a great overall experience and we wouldn’t have a changed a thing. We will definitely book this condo again!!

The unit was beautiful
The unit was wonderful. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. Being on the 1st floor had it's perks. The weather and the water were both perfect. The only issue with this unit is the mattress on the king bed that is beach side. It desperatley needs to be replaced. A tempurpedic should not have a hump in the middle. There was no support on either side. Our week was wonderful regardless of the mattress.

I have had my maintenance man check the bed in question, it is actually not an issue with the mattress itself, it turns out that the bed frame holding the mattress had a couple of bent wheels allowing the mattress not to be supported correctly, but we have since had the frame replaced. Best Condo Location on PCB
We've been coming to PCB for years now and have always stayed at different places, Grand Panama Resort, Tidewater and Tropic Winds. This is the first time we've said we definitely want to stay at the exact condo when we return! This was by far our favorite pool area on the beach. It never felt crowded in or around the pool and being just one level above the pool was awesome. We could easily talk with our family from the condo to the pool area. As for the condo itself, it was pretty much just like the pictures except the living room furniture was even upgraded from the photos. Everything was new and refreshed, loved that all bedrooms had adjoining baths which was perfect for our family of 7 but would also be great for 3 couples. Had a few minor issues like someone before us must have put the plastic blender jar on the bottom shelf of the dishwasher and melted it and we simply called Kim and she had a new one delivered right away - a glass jar blender this time! Kim was very responsive both during the booking process and our stay, would rent through her again. Actually loved having an open parking area instead of crowded parking garages. Condo 3-101 is probably one of the best locations within Long Beach Resort. We only used the elevators upon arrival as the one flight of stairs was just outside our door. Highly Recommend!

Condo is clean, beautiful and very well maintained. Everything we needed was there. Had slight hiccup with oven door handle (fell off) and oven wouldn't stay closed but no biggie, just proper a chair up against it and someone came early next morn and fixed it. Condo furniture was very nice, beds comfy, showers were big and looked newly redone with great features. First floor means NO waiting for elevator...so nice. You can hear people at pool if you're on balcony but again it's not a big deal and part of the resort experience. Can't say enough about this condo, beach, pools...awesome! Heard other people complaining about their condos but we have zero complaints, would stay there again anytime!
