Well-priced, beautifully renovated, airy Palm Desert apartment available for long-term rental in the pristine golf community of Woodhaven.

This fully furnished 3 bedroom condo includes two king bedrooms with ensuite full bathrooms and one queen bedroom with an adjacent full bath. The condo has central AC and ceiling fans throughout. Unit includes a two-car garage and back patio that looks out onto the 14th hole of the Woodhaven Country Club Golf Course with views to the San Jacinto Mountains.

New stainless steel kitchen appliances, a living room with large couch and dining room create spacious and comfortable living space for guests.

The facilities at Woodhaven include an 18 hole golf course, driving range, tennis club with 8 courts including 4 lighted and a remodeled 34,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. The club has a dining room and bar, fitness center, locker rooms w/ steam shower and pro shop. There are 4 pools in the community and one is directly across the street from the unit. The community has guard-gated security.

Indian Wells Tennis Center, Coachella Polo grounds, the Palm Desert Mall, El Paseo Drive with its high-end retail stores & restaurants, Riverwalk Shopping Center, McCallum Theatre for the Performing Arts and several Casinos. La Quinta, PGA West and Rancho Mirage are minutes away. Palm Springs is a short drive down I-10. Also a short drive is Desert Hills Premium Outlets (with 180 stores).

Outdoor activities include Golf, Tennis, Swimming, Rock Climbing, Biking, Horseback Riding to name a few. The incredible Joshua Tree National Park is only 30 minutes away.

Woodhaven is lovely!

Woodhaven is a lovely, quiet and gated community in Palm Desert. All the residents are very friendly and we enjoyed the 3 months that we spent in the sunshine. Golf course was super, pools and weather were great. The condo was clean and comfortable and worked well for us and family and friends who came to visit for short visits. We hope to be able to return in coming years. Thanks Neil!

After 25 years of visiting Palm Desert, I decided to purchase my home away from home in Woodhaven. Its amenities, location and convenience make it one of the best places to live in the area.

What makes this property unique

Woodhaven is an outstanding community with tons of amenities and a convenient location. My home has been recently updated with new flooring, appliances, master bathroom, painting and HVAC system. With three bedrooms and three full baths this 1808 sq ft unit offers privacy and a crisp new feel.
