Ariadni click&Flat is a complex of apartments owned by kalogerakis family. The apartments are located in a nice quiet and close to the beach neighborhood. The sandy beach with the crystal waters is located just about 120 meters north of the complex. The apartment is situated between the main road and the seaside road. The apartment is self catering and is recently renovated (Summer 2016). It has 4 single beds and one sofa-bed and can accommodate up to 5 persons. The main room contains the 2 beds, the sofa-bed, the dining table with the chairs and the kitchen. Kitchen has the following facilities: refrigerator, 2-ring top cooker, small oven, kettle, coffee machine, dishes and utensils for up to 5 persons. There is also a washing machine. The second room consists of 2 single beds. Both rooms are equipped with a brand new 32 inch Flat TV with internet connection. The TV has Facebook, YouTube and streaming functions suitable for kids entertainment. There is Wi-Fi to all building and is not charged. Both rooms are air conditioned with brand new machines making your stay pleasant in the hot Cretan summer climate. Finally there is iron and a hairdryer. Small safe is available for your valuable belongings and not charged.

Our aim is to provide to our clients a neat and cozy room for their short period of their stay. We promise nothing more that that. The building is located just 1,5km from the center of Rethymnon. The most important is that is located about 120 metres from the sandy beach (between the main road and the seaside road). The building is fully renovated in 2013 and Tenio flat is renovated in 2016. The place and the neighborhood are very quiet helping you to relax during the days of your stay.

The place is ideal for summer vacations Take advantage of the location, relax in a quiet private area but also feel like staying in a town with various amenities in a small distance away. Several choices of different markets and shops, any kind of services, restaurants and taverns, bars, night clubs and beach bars are only a few of what you can find around Perivolia and Rethymno which lies near the apartment.
As the apartment is self catering you can find 3 supermarkets where you can buy all the supplies for you accomodation. In the first semester of 2017 there will be ready one more big supermarket. A unique bakery is located just a few steps from the apartment providing you hot bread and traditionals products.

I thing that the main advantage of the flat is its location. It is located in the middle of Rethymno City in perivolia area. It is next to the beach, close to the town , close to all the major sightseeing's. The second main point is that we can accommodate up to 4 persons at a reasonable cost.
