Perfect Holidays

The villa met all our expectations. The location is very good, you are a 5-10 minute walk from the strip. It is a handy house for large groups of young people who are going to step into El Arenal. Furthermore, communication with the owner was very good. -

This was a lovely, clean and spacious space for families It is just a short walk into town with a beautiful beach and restaurants -we highly recommend Casa Aurelio for seafood and Bar Andaluz for tapas-. The hosts were quick to respond to all my questions. We would definitely book with them again -

Group of friends getaway

The house is a little bit old but spacious, great for large groups and has a barbecue and pool. It's in a purely residential area. We enjoyed our stay. The thing we found inconvenient was the early 10AM check out.

Great villa and location

We spent a weekend at Villa Son Veri Miramar. The location is absolutely wonderful, close to s'Arenal beach, boulevard and just five minutes from the nearest supermarket. The house is fully equipped with brand new furniture, decoration and utensils. The swimming pool is bigger than it looks but the cold kept us away from a quick dip. Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended -

I had a very nice week in Villa Son Veri Miramar together with 11 friends. The price-quality ratio is very good, the location close to supermarkets, the beach, and restaurants and clubs. It couldn’t be much cleaner and is was very large with nice places to hangout outside. The service was also very good en we had good contact with the people from portic villas. I definitely recommend it -

Do not book this when your on holiday with friends. The neighbour is absolutely crazy and only wants to ruin your holiday. She calls the police daily and even the police said she is mentally ill and should be ignored. While booking it doesn’t say so but music is not allowed as well as being outside with the whole group and make some fun with each other and talking a bit louder than normal is not allowed. I would recommend this villa to no-one.

Fab stay and weekend off

We decided on last minute to go to Mallorca and we absolutely loved it. First of all we would love to thank the Portic Villas staff for their attention and support during all the process as the communication was very fluent and easy-going. The property was fabulous for a group of 10 people - all as described. The bedrooms feature twin double beds than can be put together to do a double king size bed. Furniture, sofas, smart TV, the kitchen was fully equiped - all the items were brand new. We had a lovely temperature about 15-20ºC that lead us to great times outdoor on the terrace and we loved the BBQ The agency provided linen and towels which was very nice. We would love to come back again as we would surely love to stay by the pool next time. -

The property is described as luxury however the condition was very poor with 4 mouldy bathrooms and one bedroom had considerable mould on the ceiling and covering one wall. Also there was an electrical socket hanging off the wall with live wires - we had 4 children with us. The company moved us after 2 days to another property even before inspecting it so they obviously knew how bad the condition is. The smell of mould was dreadful and we were a party with 4 children one being just 4 months old which they knew about. The health and safety of this property was dreadful. It need a total refurbishment.

Für Partygäste ist die Lage direkt am Ballermann perfekt. Allerdings sollte man sich mit dem Feiern direkt in der Finka lieber zurück halten, da die Nachbarin sofort die Polizei ruft. Die Sauberkeit des Objekts lässt leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es riecht überall modrig, ein Zimmer ist von Schimmel befallen und die Badewannen in allen Badezimmern sind total verskif.voSchimmeBadezimmesikompleversift..

Eine verwohntes Haus, Bad mit Schimmel, Dusche tröpfchenweise, Socken vom Vorgänger in Zimmerecke, Sitzemöbel mit Macken und Flecken. Ein Fernseher funktionierte nicht, Kaffeemaschine muss dringend entkalkt werden, mehr fällt mir gerade nicht ein. Einzig die Lage ist von Vorteil

Très bon séjour en famille

Grande villa bien concue pour plusieurs familles, nous étions 11 personnes dont 4 enfants et avons apprécié d' avoir de la place. Villa bien située pas trop loin d'un supermarché près de la ville par contre petite piscine mais proche de la belle plage de EL Arenal

Very Nice Villa!

It was a very nice villa, and Portic Villa's is also a very good organisation. From the start, contacting the organisation was easy, and replies were very quick, friendly and helpful. Arrival was excellent, the airport transfer was arranged for us and this was all okay. At the villa, a few beers were already ready for us free of charge, and everything was very clean. The rest of the stay was very nice, the pool is not big enough for real swimming, but for us as a group of friends it was perfect to cool off during the hot summer days. Furthermore, everything is very close, maximum 5 minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants and cafés/clubs. Again during departure, the taxi was on time and big enough. After some basic cleaning of the villa, the rest was arranged by portic villas, and within a few days we received our complete deposit back, excluding any use of extras (Like the big watercooler, very nice!). Overall, I would recommend this villa to any group of friends looking for a good time in Mallorca, but it also seems very nice for families. Only downside is that the villa has no airconditioning, but by keeping the windows open at night, and everything closed during the day, it was manageable, even during some very hote summer days. Only thing we can thing of might be installing airconditioning.

Top Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist super und weiterzuempfehlen. Wir hatten zwei kleine Mängel, welche sofort beseitigt wurden, nachdem wir sie gemeldet haben. Für uns lediglich ein wenig weit weg vom Strand und den Lokalen. Mit dem Pool ist das heiße Wetter dennoch gut auszuhalten.
