I must admit that I was genuinely surprised to read your comments, although I sincerely appreciate them as they help us continuously improve our service. I would like to clarify a few points for future guests. I have attached the photos taken just before your arrival, which show the apartment exactly as it was prepared for your stay. As you can see, there were no personal belongings left around the apartment. As clearly stated in our listing, the wardrobes are not available for guests’ use. We carefully select high-quality bed linen and towels and prepare the apartment with great attention to detail to ensure a comfortable welcome for every guest. This is why your comments came as such a surprise. I was available throughout your stay and would have truly appreciated the opportunity to address any concerns as they arose. Had you let me know what was causing you stress, I would have done everything possible to find an immediate solution and make your stay more enjoyable. Thank you again for your feedback.
