You will love the shabby chic feel this newly furnished living area offers in this well maintained unit. There are tile floors throughout the unit with carpeting in the bedroom. The beautiful new all tile walk-in shower really enhances the Master Bath. Flat screen TV's in the living room and bedroom, and the half bath as an added bonus makes this unit very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals while enjoying a view of the Gulf. You will enjoy the amazing view from the gulf-front balcony including watching dolphins, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and the rhythm of the waves. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street, including 2 grocery stores. Restaurants, amusements, para-sailing, miles of paved biking paths, churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

Ideal location, across the street from many services (groceries, shopping, restaurants ). Proximity to beach from complex is a short distance, with beautiful,large beach area. Condo building is older, and probably in need of some updates, but our condo was up to date with furnishings, and fixtures. One note, there was no coffee maker, only a keurig, after being advised to bring coffee filters. Went to Walmart and bought coffeemaker for 15 instead of spending more for kcups (not a keurig fan). The elevator was broke down for a day, and we were on 7th floor which could have been a major problem, had it lasted more than a day. Parking lot very spacious which we liked. Balcony was awesome, comfortable patio furniture, and can’t beat the beach view. Loved the Orange Beach area, with plenty to do, and lots of restaurant options. Only suggestion on that from us would be to have sidewalks that run along the busy Perdido Blvd. Overall good rating on this property.

Loved sunswept & probably will stay again soon. The property is older but in decent repair for its age. The only drawbacks were slow internet & the air conditioner unit was a bit loud but better than not having them at all. The pool needs some cosmetic work but during the in season would cost them too much in lost revenue . The office staff were friendly & the location is perfect!

Perfect Place Afro Sunrises and Sunsets

This rental is exactly as depicted and described. It was clean and comfortable, and the check-in and access was easy. While the living area was sunny and inviting, the rest of the unit is a bit dated but comfortable. It had everything we needed for the two of us to rest and refuel for a long weekend. We especially loved watching the dolphins from the balcony in the morning and the sunsets in the evening.

Week at the beach

Everything was nice with our stay with the exception of on Sunday they never put umbrellas out at the pool and every morning except for 1 we were woke up by a trash truck emptying dumpsters at 4:30 AM which was kind of annoying. We left 2 nights early.

Beach front beautiful stay for a simple getaway

Great simple condo for a quick few days at the beach, great view of the water, quick access to pool and beach. Condo was a little smaller than I was thinking by looking at pictures but had everything we needed and then some, master shower was great, kitchen and appliances were perfect. Kitchen had everything in it we needed with all new appliances. Bed was a little harder than I am accustomed to but after the first night I was used to it. Beautiful beach front view and easy access was my main goal and that was accomplished!! I would stay again if needed.

This was the cleanest and most well cared for unit we’ve stayed in. We love the proximity to shopping and restaurants. Aside from being unable to use the balcony at times due to other guests smoking and often times it was marijuana, the views are amazing the water was clear and beautiful.

Great little unit!

This condo is in a great location and has a wonderful view of the ocean!! It is nicely furnished and the bed is firm and comfortable. The shower is great too! There are enough hooks, drawers, and closet space so things can be kept neat... if that matters to you. One drawback is there isn’t a screen on the sliding patio door. Also, it wasn’t quite as clean as I like, but that wouldn’t keep me from renting again. It’s the perfect size and setup for a couple!
