Beautiful 2 Bedroom First Floor Condo

Welcome to our home away from home at Reflections at Bay Point, a master planned community in Panama City Beach surrounded by the serene waters of the Grand Lagoon. Our unit is on the ground floor, so no elevators or steps, with perfect views of our incredible resort style pool that is only steps away! Our condo has new updated furnishings with flat screen TV's in the living room and bedrooms. Cable and free WiFi access is provided. The master bedroom features a king size bed with top quality linens and private access to the screened-in porch. The master bathroom features a large walk-in shower with his & her sinks. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed with the same quality linens. The kitchen has all the accessories and conveniences you are used to at home. The open floor plan of the kitchen and living room allows beautiful views and has access to the screened-in porch where you look out to the pool, golf course and lagoon.

You will find Reflections is an intimate & friendly environment. Our 10,000 sq. ft. pool is exceptional with plenty of seating and shaded cabana areas. The scenic pier is just a short walk away and provides beautiful views of the sunset. Water sports rentals and Pelicans restaurant on the pier is open seasonally for your adventure pleasure! You will also find Flip Flops bar/restaurant by the pool at the Sheraton.

Other amenities you might enjoy are Serenity Spa, which is just steps away, for all your spa needs, and the Nicklaus course at the Bay Point Golf Club. Tennis courts are also a short walk away. And, not to be forgotten, the beautiful emerald waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are a short drive away, within 10 minutes, with public parking or access at St. Andrews State Park.

Amazing condo

The condo was amazing with everything you could possibly need! They even had some extra unexpected touches like q-tips, cotton rounds, toothpaste, laundry detergent, etc. Extremely spacious space with a very nice screened in patio. We loved being on the first floor and not waiting on an elevator. The entrance to the pool was very close! Debra was great to work with. She was so nice and had wonderful communication from the start when approving our stay. The location was also nice, away from the busy areas. We would absolutely stay here again!

The room was very nice, very clean, great poolside view. Also, there was a special touch with added basic condiments and even a few pizzas were a available so we didnt have to run around for groceries after a long drive! Much thanks to a super owner.

We have stayed at this complex before so we were familiar with the surroundings. However, this particular unit was perfect ! The ground floor unit was great for loading and unloading and easy access to the pool. The unit was well appointed and had awesome extras!!

Lovely Family Vacation

This was the first vacation my family has ever been able to go on and it was a wonderful experience. The pictures from the site were exactly how the condo was in person. Lots of space and wonderful location. I would absolutely use this condo again and work with Cheryl without a doubt. The internet was a bit weak at times, that would be our only issue during the stay.

Bay Point 2024

The owners did a wonderful job equiping the condo, the unit was very clean & comfortable. We spent the weekend with a couple life long friends and had a very enjoyble 4 nights. The only thing that caught us offgaurd was the ground floor unit does not have access directly from patio to pool deck. With that said none of the ground floor units do. The pool was nice, well shaded with chairs n tables. We loved our time in unit 108.

Little slice of paradise!!!

The condo is perfect! It has tall ceilings which makes it seem very large. The beds are so comfortable just like home. The furniture makes you feel at home and not cheap uncomfortable stuff. The screened in porch is a great place to start your day. The kitchen was very well stocked including spices. The laundry room is great and has a very nice front loader and is right at the front door so you can drop off the wet towels first thing. They have thought of everything including little baskets in each room to catch your dirty clothes. There are beach chairs and boards to use and put back. The pool is to die for. It is very big and always seems empty. There are cabanas and lots of chairs to lay out in the sun. The pier and beach are great. There is a shuttle that will take you to Shell Island. It runs many times a day and is very convenient as you don’t have to pack your car and drive to the marina. Just pack your things and walk to the pier. It is only $10 a person where others are $50+. You can also rent jet skis and boats right at the pier. There are a few golf courses on site as well. You can’t want for anything. Now to the owner of this great condo Cheryl is awesome. She gave many suggestions for dinner and things to do. She was VERY easy to work with and even checked on us to make sure we got there ok and things were to our liking. Then she even checked to make sure our stay was good when we left. We will be back!

If you’re looking for a beautiful and spacious unit off the “main strip” in PCB, look no further. This unit is ground level, beautifully decorated, has a back porch for those sunset dinners or sunrise coffees! Owner is very open with all communications and expectations. Bring your golf clubs and bring your bathing suits, this a hidden gem!! Great family unit and pool area. This is not your PCB “spring break” location and is perfect for families.

This Unit is in the perfect location for those who want to be away from the Busy PCB Strip. It's close to Grocery Stores & Local Restaurants on Thomas Drive. The Unit has high ceilings, COLD AC & Ceiling Fans. Great Layout and open. WIFI works well for those who work remote. Cable TV with HBO. Easy Access on the ground level. Pool & HotTub are amazing. The Beds are very comfortable, not run down like the Hotels on the Strip. Hands down the best option for staying in PCB

Very clean and lots of space!

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was also bigger than we expected - we just had the two of us, but there was plenty of room for a family to spread out. This building isn't directly on the beach (you will have to drive a few minutes for that) but the unit is about a minute's walk from the huge and beautiful pool. We would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely condo for family getaway

Our stay was perfect! Debra was a wonderful hostess and answered all of our questions promptly. Her place was very clean and well-stocked with anything you could need for your stay. We loved having the pool and hot tub just steps away and the outdoor restaurant/bar just down the dock was a fun place to go for snacks and refreshments. The location was away from the crazy hustle and bustle of PCB but close enough you could get to the beach and excursions easily. Highly recommend staying here!
