We love our house, as well as the neighborhood. We have renovated this beautiful structure, and feel so lucky about its proximity to all! It's an 1890 Federalist house, surrounded by stone houses from the late 1600s! The house has the most wonderful homey feeling. We put in a really nice fully fenced in back yard too with gardens, hammock and a swing set/slide. Walk 1 block to the heart of the Stockade, loads of great restaurants and new boutiques. We are now right next door to an amazing new bookstore / cafe/ bar (mellow) called Rough Draft- a great neighbor to have! Farmer's market is 1/2 block away. Looking for careful, house loving renters only. No smoking at all.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
