The house is a well restored/renovated original neighborhood home. The restoration/renovation is very modern and clean. The house is very bright and open. It is a one bedroom house with a studio guest house attached. The owners description could be more precise.
The description listed a king bed in the house. It is a queen bed. There is nowhere to place any luggage except the floor. There are no window coverings anywhere. There is only one interior door. While the interior of the house is cleverly laid out, most of the paths from the bed to the bathroom are clearly visible from the street. There are two comfortable chairs in the house. The toiletries provided (left) were a pretty mixed bag. There was very little in the way of local information provided. It would be nice if the refrigerator and freezer were somehow marked, we ended up freezing some wine and beer.
While the house is a beautiful piece of modern art, the accommodations fall far short of the luxurious price being charged, which for us worked out to almost $1,000.00/night.
