This Majestic Sun 706A vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL at Seascape Resort has just recently been updated with tasteful decorations and has captivating Gulf views from the 7th floor balcony. The living room offers beautiful views of the Gulf, an HD TV with Netflix, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a sleeper sofa. The dining table seats four with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has been fully upgraded with stainless steel appliances and equipped with everything you would need for a home-cooked meal. With all the comforts of home, you are sure to enjoy this beautiful beach getaway!

The newly updated master king suite offers an HD TV, DVD player, and private bathroom. In the hallway, you will find additional sleeping in a bunk nook with two twin beds, perfect for kids. This vacation rental conveniently has a washer and dryer in the unit. This beach condo also features a private parking space in the garage to keep you away from the elements. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.

At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!

We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.

*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies, including a unit's private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**

Fabulous 2+ Week Stay!!

Great communication with property manager. Unit was better than pics (upgraded furniture/TV). Extremely clean & every kitchen utensil you could possibly need, very well equipped. Location was perfect with easy access to the beach, pool and area eateries & stores. And the view from the LR & patio is breathtaking! Stop at Winn-Dixie and have them steam some fresh peel & eat shrimp! Highly recommended this condo. Would stay again most definitely!

Family vacation!

We had a great time! The unit was clean, beds weren’t extremely comfortable but they worked. The chairs at the property to use at the beach were broke and the hair dryer did not work. Other than that, it was a blast! Thanks for having us!!

Nice condo with a great location…

Our stay was just about perfect. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed, and the location was great with good restaurants and a great beach. The only issue we experienced was a musty smell when we first arrived. This was likely from the closet in the master bathroom where beach chairs and equipment were likely put away when wet. Overall, a wonderful week with fabulous weather! We will be back!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This resort is amazing! We had a wonderful time. There were only minor issues including the hairdryer not working and the chairs for the beach were broken when we tried to use them the last day of our stay. We left a cooler there for future guests, hope it’s useful! The chair rentals took up most of the space on the beach, so get there early if you want to use your own in the small space provided or spend $40 a day!

We had a great time. Even with a tropical storm. Our bathtub & shower stall could’ve been cleaner, and our mattress was super uncomfortable. My husband & I both tossed & turned every night. After laying in one side for a while, I would be in pain. Almost like laying on the floor. But other than that the condo was perfect.

A Beautiful Apartment with an Ideal Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We learned about this apartment from the owners. It is located at Miramar Beach, close to many restaurants and right across the street from the beac hours before check-ih. Check-in was very easy. We got there about 2 hours early, but the apartment was ready, so they texted us the code so we could enter. The view from the 7th floor is absolutely stunning, during the day and especially at sunset. I even got up one morning at 6:30 to take photos of the sunrise. It was worth it! We had one dinner right next door at Royal Palm Grill the first night. Great food and service. Another night we ate at Lousiana Lagniappe which was excellent. We also ate at Ocean Club, also excellent! We took the Seablaster Sunset Dolphin Cruise, so much fun watching the dolphins jump in our boat's wake! All in all, a wonderful vacation in Miramar.
