This charming bungalow is everything you would hope for, yet more than you would expect. Enjoy the total privacy of this charming bungalow while being just a short 1 ½ block walk from the heart of downtown Historic Grants Pass. The downtown offers fine restaurants, nightlife, unique boutiques, large variety of antique stores, music, a seasonal Saturday Farmer's Market and more.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a full size fridge, gas stove, microwave, and a small dining area. You have WI-FI, W/D (shared with The Cottage), Netflix, linens, towels, heat/air, and off-street parking.
The Bungalow offers a split bathroom. The water closet can be accessed by both the bedroom and living room, while the tub/shower is accessed through the bedroom.
The private peaceful courtyard provides the perfect outdoor living space. You have your own patio table with chairs and umbrella and patio swing. Non-smoking property. Sorry, No Pets

Great little hide-away bungalow

We really enjoyed this quaint bungalow. It was sort of tucked away on the street but all instructions to locate the property were very clear. We especially enjoyed small amenities like gourmet coffèe and treats. Everything was very clean and we found the courtyard to be very relaxing when the sun was out.

I stayed at this property for two weeks and it was wonderful. The patio with the table and the swing under the tree was so lovely. The bed was comfortable. I was working remotely and the internet was reliable. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The owner was easy to get ahold of. If I am in the area again, I will definitely stay here again.

The host has this property in excellent shape, finish, readiness and cleanliness. She has thought of and provided for every detail: with all necessary sundry items there and ready. The place was homey, but incredibly clean and organized. The price point was great with real value for money. I appreciate being a guest of this host.

My stay was wonderful. Marcella is great; she makes sure that you feel welcomed and is very responsive anytime you need anything. You are only a block away from what feels like everything (grocery store, restaurants, etc.), which is really convenient!
