Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To start the unit was clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable. However the couch and loveseat in the living room need to be cleaned. For this reason we were unable to use the space. Contact Stanley Streamer to have them cleaned or by chair covers. There is lot of road noise in the primary bedroom. The windows need upgraded. The dryer took along time to heat up to dry the clothes. Overall I would recommend the unit.

We absolutely loved our stay. My son was very excited about the super hero room. We enjoyed the pool with waterslides. Be sure to check out the view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the balcony.

Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay especially if you are visiting the parks the kids enjoyed the pool and water park. loved the convenience of the stores near by and Disney was about a 10-15 min drive. We also enjoyed the fireworks from the balcony on those days we did not want to stay at the parks for them. Overall a great stay great condo amenities I would definitely stay again and recommend this condo especially if you have young kids

Great place to stay with young family and close to Disney parks

This place was very functional for our family and all amenities you need with young kids. The only improvements would be to provide a bit more consumables like soap, toilet paper, etc.

I loved it

This day was amazing. It would’ve been five stars, except for the detail that the master bathroom water was cold and took forever to heat up, and when it actually did, it only lasted for a bit. Other than that. Everything else was amazing.

Grandsons first Florida vacation

Lovely spacious space. Had easy check in with no issues. Information binder with all we needed to know. No need to reach out to property managers till last day when we realized we wanted an extension on our check out. Extension was granted…THANK YOU!

Great place to stay. General store/cafe was closed for construction but pool and slides were great. Condo was run by professionals and everything was communicated properly. Would definitely stay again. Fireworks were a great addition to the stay. Thanks for a great family vacation.

Quiet and right near Disney

It was absolutely wonderful. The community is great there's a heated pool, waterslides (not heated, brrr but fun), and a playground that we enjoyed. There were other amenities in the community like theatre, arcade, sports fields but we didn't really use them. The condo itself was great. The 2 kids beds were so comfortable. It was just me and my son. I actually slept in the kids room because the beds in there were just so soft. The master bedroom's bed was firm. The condo was very clean,very quiet, and has a great view of the fireworks. It's also super close to Disney and there's a Walmart extremely close for grocery shopping.

One day i had a visitor and his car was not pre registered so he was not able to pass the security guard. The security guard had called the apartment owner but they could not reached them.

Perfect location, fantastic stay!

Nice, quaint condo with a beautiful view of the fireworks every night. Clean, tidy and comfortable with a splash of Disney decor. Absolutely beautiful water park & clubhouse at the Windsor Hills Resort. Great proximity to the WDW parks, Celebration, and all of the fun activities and stores up and down Irlo Bronson.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another great stay with VCF. I know I can always rent through them knowing I have a clean, comfortable place to stay. From this room, you can clearly see MK fireworks as well as those from EPCOT (a little less clear through trees) and Universal in the distance. My only downside in this room is that the master bed was very soft. Some people may really like that, but we probably wouldn't do this same unit again because of that if there were other units available to choose from.

Amazing!

The property was everything we expected and more. Clean, comfortable, and the rooms were just what our family needed. The themes in the apartment were nice. The pool and waterslide were clean, refreshing and a great vibe. The shop, arcade and entertainment areas were all fun. The location to the parks was perfect. The communitiy was all welcoming during our stay. We loved it.

This will be the 14th year that My wife Patti and I have been renting our Vacation Homes. It all started when we bought our first Condo, and it grew from there. Now we own, manage, and rent our many vacation homes, renting to nearly 2,000 Happy Guest families just like you every year at two locations: The Beach and right outside the Main Gate at Disney World! It keeps us very busy and we love it. The best part is helping our guests have a fabulous stay while in Florida. We want you to have a fantastic time in any of our wonderful Vacation Homes.

About us: We grew up in the Midwest - Columbus Ohio, and Naperville, Illinois. We made the move down to Sunny Orlando to be closer to our Vacation Homes, and we live here now, running all of our properties from here, it is a family business. Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Watch the Video (above) and you will see why we LOVE this property! This was our 11th property purchased, our 8th at Windsor Hills! We had been looking for 7 years for a Windsor Hills 2 Bedroom unit that had DIRECT DISNEY Fireworks views. Nothing ever came up for sale because they are excellent units and they never get sold!

The Two BEST Fireworks units with a DIRECT 2 Bedroom View (The BALCONY and BOTH Bedrooms can see direct fireworks views) were in this building. Less than 4500 Feet from the Disney property, and PERFECT for watching fireworks from pretty much anywhere in the Condo. The absolute BEST Condo in the building that we wanted was this one - it is the one up on the fourth floor. But it never came up for sale!

We waited 7 years and would have waited 17! Anyway, FINALLY it came available and we immediately jumped on it and bought it. We didn't care what it looked like, we were willing to remodel the entire unit if it would have been necessary. We did some work to it and rolled it out as the NEW FIREWORKS VIEW 402. It has been a MASSIVE HIT ever since, selling out every night it has been available.

If you like Fireworks, this is your Condo! The bedroom windows, Living Room, and of course the screened in Lanai Balcony offer the BEST views! Book early, as every week sells out! -Dave
