This home is owner managed. We occupy several weeks per year and "VRBO" on a limited basis. Home is in lightly used and in a brand new status. Stunning custom 3185sq ft, 3 bed w/Double (2) Master (on separate ends of home), 3 bath custom home located in Central Oregon's Brasada Ranch, Built new in 2016, epic Mountain views, and comes fully stocked with all the features to ensure a luxury stay for you and your family.

This unique retreat offers everything you would expect to find . Throughout the house, you will be treated with epic panoramic views of the Cascade Mountains. The home in brand new and completed in May of 2016. High quality furniture and fully-stocked amenities are throughout. Take your pick between the two Master bedrooms furnished with King size beds. Relax on the porch outside of each bedroom and take in the breath taking views of Central Oregon.

Special amenities include network/cable TV, a spacious bonus/TV room , gas fireplace & private decks. The dining room seats 7 at the table, and has an additional 4 barstools at the kitchen gathering island. Rooms collaborate well to accommodate family and friends. Home has a 3 car garage .

Brasada Ranch is a resort community located just twenty minutes from Bend and 15 min. from the Redmond Airport. Great home in a great community

Four of us guys stayed in this beautiful home for a golf outing. The home is as advertised in terms of the bedrooms and common areas. The home was clean. The kitchen is VERY well appointed--has everything you will need. There is a fantastic view of the Three Sisters mountain range from the BBQ/fire pit area. Justin, the host was very attentive and easy to deal with. All in all a great experience. Craig

Nice, spacious, and clean place to stay at. We didn’t get to use any of the gym, pool, or amenities because it costs 60 per day per person if anyone uses it.It’s a good place to stay if you want to golf and explore the town, but not so much if you want to hang out at the house. The tv didn’t have any streaming services that were set up to an account and the rules specify that you would be charged extra if you went over a certain amount of data for WiFi. There wasn’t body soap at the house. There were some small travel shampoo bottles that wasn’t enough for the group. The trash was full and we had to take it out upon arrival.

It wasn't bad but not great either

We arrived and the AC had not been turned on so the home was very warm inside. Once it cooled down ( took overnight) the stay was ok. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots, pans etc. Also quite a bit of open items in the fridge (mainly condiments) that we would not use and took up room. Beds were comfortable. Above average amount of personal effects and cameras throughout the house made it feel like you were staying in someone's personal home and being monitored. Overall the neighborhood is wonderful and the resort pool & restaurant were top notch. Would come again and choose a different VRBO.

Central Oregon is mecca of geological wonder and an epic outdoor playground like no other place on earth. The mountain views, world class parks/resorts/natural attractions, reservoirs, OHV Trail Systems, NW culture, open-air and vast outdoor activities make Central Oregon our treasured place to live and grow.

Why they chose this property

We love living in Central Oregon and have been here since 1997. Traveling the world and living cities on the West Coast we still find Central Oregon is our best home. The outdoor activities, NW culture, 180 degree Cascade Mountain Range sunsets and climate are primary reasons we moved here from metropolitan areas and appreciate home more that ever. This custom home was completed by a family friend builder in May of 2016. This home is where we will be sharing much of our time with family and friends. We spend the rest of our time living and working in Redmond, OR, just 15 minutes from Brasada Ranch. From water skiing on Lake Billy Chinook/Prineville Reservoir, skiing at Mt. Bachelor, Mtn Biking/hiking epic trails in the Deschutes Nat'l Forest, enjoying the night life, motocrossing, rafting/paddle boarding in Bend to Smith Rock picnics, our family has experience a great standard of living her in "The C.O." (Central Oregon). Watch out once you spend some time in Central Oregon, many end up coming back or moving here permanently!!
