Charming Renowated Downstairs Unit-close To Everything!

A charming downstairs uni with a lot of positive & relaxing energy! Great for family or a small group. Nestled in a very peaceful residential area with spectacular mountain views in 3 acres grassy lot. Part of a larger home with separate entrances . Only three of us are living upstairs.
In downstairs unit comfortably sleeps 7 people. Great location, close to everything!
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchennette areas are spacious and accommodating for everyone in your group.
Relax in the living room on couches, watching your favorite NETFLIX or YOUTUBE show on the flatscreen SMART TV and enjoying the teal curtains flutter in the breeze when you open the window. There's also a DVD player here, so don't forget to bring some of your favorite titles along from home!
From the living area, step right out the door to your patio where you can sit and sip your coffee in the morning, or enjoy glass of wine after returning back from the Yosemite National Park trip.
Dining/kitchenette area has almost everything like a regular size kitchen, excluding dishwasher and owen! Bottle of Red wine, is complimentary for every Friday-Sunday stay!
This unit has a single bedroom with one bunk bed, twin size bed and an extra folding bed. Large living area has a queen size bed, as well as an additional sofa that is long enough to be used as a bed, sofa bed and one more couch. All beds are very comfortable! There is a bathroom with a shower cabin. Linens, towles and toiletries are provided for no additional charge.
It has a patio and a wood-burning barbecue grill. It has access to a back yard with a fire pit with chairs around! Three acres lot is great for a family games! Laundry room is upstairs and available upon request!
On-site owner is ready to assist with anything you may need! We live upstairs! Or you can call Ilona at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)
If you wish to play tennis or take a run- we have tennis courts and a stadium in few min to walk to!
Restaurants, bars, winery and all shopping are very close to our property!
Movie Theater, Summer Live Music, Summer Events- you chose how you want to spend your evening here!
Very reasonable Summer and Fall get-away rates!
Short drive or even walking distance (about 1 ml) to all shopping and restaurants!
A lot of hiking trails around with a short drive as well! South Gate of the Yosemite National Park is 17 ml away and Bass Lake beches are 12 ml!
Manzanita Lake is a beautiful small lake with warm and shallow water that is great for families with small kids, just 25 min drive from our property! For sure, you will enjoy spending entier day there! There are some barbecue sites.
Chuckchanci Casino is 14 ml away with a lot of staff to do there!

Great Stay at House near Yosemite.

This place was amazing and the host went above and beyond. The space comfortably fit 9 people and there was plenty of sleeping space, beds, and couches to accommodate our party. The place has everything you need to cook and prepare meals. There is a lovely patio area. We were able to fit 3 cars in the driveway. Overall, it was a great stay and we were able to go to Yosemite no problem. It took about 40 min to get to the South entrance and 30 more minutes after that to get to the valley foor. Highly reccommend this place if you're looking for an amazing lodging experience.

Ilona goes above and beyond what is expected from a host. She was there to make sure we had everything we needed. This space is very clean and comfortable. We had a hard time getting out of the comfortable bed. I wish all vrbo's would be as good as this. We will be back. Its the perfect place to stay for Yosemite and Mariposa Grove. I felt safe and she even offered to watch our dogs for the day we wanted to adventure out without them. Definitely recommend that you stay here. Deer, beautiful bird's and very pet friendly. I cannot wait to get back. Do yourself a favor and stay here she has 2 rentals for a reasonable price

Great place for the Bass Lake vacation

The house is a short distance ride from the Lake and the town center. It’s a fully equipped, sparkling clean place, and dog-friendly. Ilona is a wonderful hostess, very friendly, responsible, and considerate. We really enjoyed our stay in Ilona’s property and will certainly come back.

I grew up in one of overseas country and came to USA 23 years ago with my family.
Before we came to Oakhurst I used to work at Palo Alto YMCA as an aquatic director and swimming teacher for 15 years, loved a nature of my job, loved my students and seen their progress in swimming skills, but my family has always dreamed to live in a small town, dreamed of having a spacious house with a big lot, have the opportunity to have a dog, live close to rivers, lakes and mountains. As to me, I have a passion to design clothes and I do, when I have time for it. But, I always hopped I would have more time for it being a host. So, dream knocked on our door and we let it came in! So, I am a local now! Happy and Enjoy living in our beautiful town! I love everything about this area: welcoming friendly people, delicious fresh air, mountains, rivers, lakes, sounds of nature! And...I am the parent of two furry babies now and absolutely in love with my pups!
As the host, I do and always will do my best to make your vacation pleasant and comfortable as much as possible! I am very people oriented and down-to-earth person and desperately wishing to see my guests are happy during their time in my Home!

Location, location, location! Beautiful views, huge grassy lot! The house is just in few minutes drive, or even walk to everything: shopping, restaurants, movie theater, Bass like in 15 min drive and South Gate of Yosemite Park in 30 min away. The House is my Home and I love everything about it, especially an atmosphere of positive energy inside and outside! Hope, you will like it too... We do everything we can to share these feelings with you!
