Lanai Village Two Bedroom Condo

Deux chambres, deux salles de bains dans les copropriétés Lanai Village à Diamondhead, MS. Diamondhead est une communauté de golf magnifique avec deux dix-huit cours de trou. Ceci est une unité au deuxiÚme étage avec un balcon donnant sur l'une des piscines. L'unité dispose du WiFi, le cùble et un lecteur Blu-Ray connecté à la fois à la télévision dans le salon et la chambre plus grande. Il dispose d'un lit queen dans la chambre principale et deux lits jumeaux dans l'autre chambre. Le canapé dans le salon est un canapé-lit pour dormir deux personnes supplémentaires.

Positive: The view from the balcony of the pool was awesome whether day or night, condo was quiet, beds comfortable, host communicated often prior to our arrival. The condo was convenient to family and friends.Negative: Condo needs significant updating. When we walked in was very musty/damp smelling, patio screen doors kept falling off the track, dead bugs in kitchen fluorescent light, ice machine did not work, burned out light bulbs, needed instructions on how to use tv, we never figured it out. Bathtubs all cracked, surprised water isn't leaking into downstairs unit. The stairs very dangerous especially when damp, you could not see the difference from the landings and adjacent steps, a yellow or white strip on step adjacent to landing would be helpful.

Tyson was fast to respond and answer all of my questions. We stayed for 2 days to attend a family wedding. The bed in the master bed room was firm and comfortable as well as the bedding. There was a tall isolating fan that i used bc I'm used to sleeping with a fan in so i was greatful for that. The a/c pumps and gets nice the place nice and cool. The makeup vanity in the master room came in great use for my daughter and I to get ready for the wedding. There's a beautiful view of the pool from the living room and master room. The balcony is big and had enough of chairs for us to sit. The place comes equipped with an antique!.... A RCA cassette player I only wish that i had a tape to show my daughter our struggle back in the day There's a Rouses supermarket less than 10 minutes away. I bought us some breakfast from there and I have to say that the waffles were everything I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderdul stay here. Owner very easy to get a hold of with quick responses. Check in was easy. Great view of the pool and water felt amazing. Very nice neighbor in bottom unit. Easy access to I-10, quiet neighborhood, and beautiful lanscaping all around the complex. Lots of people walk their dogs here so it was so cute to see the neighbors with their dogs hanging out chatting. All in all great stay and would recommend highly.

Weekend Golf Trip

We have stayed many times over the last 20 years in many different units. We knew pretty much what to expect. This was one of the best for area.

Older property

Carpets were stained especially in living room. Killed several roaches in second bath. Our dog got fleas/skin condition. Kitchen very worn. Furniture was good including bed. Needs an upgrade

Not cleanly

Place was not clean. Pet stains on carpet, food and garbage under pullout couch, used enimas under bathroom sink, mouse turds and cockroaches throughout condo. We had to clean ourselves and left it better then it was found.

Quite and comfortable

This home had almost everything we were looking for, a quiet, comfortable, secure place. The only thing that could have been better was the cleanliness of the place, especially the bathroom and kitchen floors, and the kitchen light fixture. Other than that, we enjoyed staying there and would certainly stay there again.

Not impressed!!

The carpets had pet stains all over. Found a dead roach.The bedrooms were hot.Really need ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. We were on the 2nd floor and it was hard going up and down the stairs.

Fantastic for Friends Scrapbook Weekend

Perfect location for our group that was meeting at the community center! Close by, safe neighborhood, easy to get to. Area was very safe and well lit. Several neighbors, groundskeepers, etc. said hello and were very friendly. Lovely view of the pool. Property was exactly what the listing described. Owner was available for questions and went above and beyond to provide soap for washing machine, etc. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet condo

This was the was the quietest place we have ever stayed. Neighbors are very nice. Close to grocery and gas stations and easy access to I 10. Having laundry machines is a big plus. Always had plenty of hot water for showers.
