Dixie Breeze is a darling 3 bedroom 2 bath beach bungalow located just 2 easy walking blocks from the beautiful Mississippi gulf coast. It offers a wide wrap around front porch to take in the luxurious gulf (Dixie) breeze.

The house also offers a completely covered "understory" living space with eating area, swings and hammocks and even an outdoor shower to wash away the days sand. There's a ping pong table, corn hole game, darts, badminton and volley ball sets and many other games, Also enjoy the 55 inch TV with cable, streaming and 250W audio system to watch movies, listen to your tunes or take in the big game. All this to keep you and your family happily entertained for hours.

The house comes equipped with a fully appointed kitchen, stainless steel appliances, a full size washer and dryer, and a starter set of necessary items. The living room is equipped with a 55 inch flat screen TV with also with cable, strwaming and blue ray player.

The house has two full baths and three spacious, beautifully appointed bedrooms: the master bedroom with a king size bed and private bath, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and another guest room with 2 twin beds (this "kids" bedroom also is equipped with a 55" flat screen TV and xbox gaming system), all with comfortable memory foam mattresses.

The house comes equipped to meet all your beach fun needs, ie... beach towels and toys, beach chairs and umbrella, cooler etc.

Dixie Breeze is located in the relaxed, layed back little beach town of Pass Christian, a short walk to the beach, marina, charter fishing excursions, and fresh seafood markets. It's 10 minutes from the night life of Bay Saint Louis and Gulf Port, and a short drive to all the gulf coast casinos. It's also just a short ferry ride to historic Ship Island. There are far too many area activities to list.

Whether it's a quick couples getaway or your next family beach vacation, Dixie Breeze has all the ingredients to create the perfect trip. Come visit our little beach paradise and make your own wonderful memories.

Amazing

Our stay at Dixie Breeze was nothing short of amazing! Dixie Breeze was cool, clean and smelt wonderful once we arrived. The home was spacious with plenty of games and accommodations for all ages! It was 2 to 3 mins from the beach. We ate at Shaggys Port (which was also right down the road). Loved this home and it made our much needed vacation worth it!

Great house for a relaxing weekend!

We loved our stay at Dixie Breeze! Our host Dixie and her husband had the best communication and promptly answered any questions before and during our stay. The home is very clean and smells so nice! Everything from the comfy beds to the beachy decor made it feel like a home away from home. We were well aware of the proximity of the train before booking and it didn’t bother us. Property has a great pear tree (yummy) and plenty of seating in the home and bottom floor. We enjoyed the home so much we spent the majority of our stay inside just talking and watching movies. Great place and we will definitely book again!

Spring break

We had an amazing, peaceful, and relaxing stay at the Dixie Breeze. The house was better than expected! It had so many extras. The dart board was a huge hit! And the owner is a very sweet lady! Communication was simple and stress free! Will definitely recommend to others and hopefully make it back some day!

Amazing Stay!

Duxie is an amazing host! I must begin with the train that scared us half to death the first morning after midnight. It's a bit jarring, but you get used to it! This is an adorable property decorated in the cutest beach decor! The property was clean, cool and smelled fresh and the close proximity to the beach makes dining and shopping a breeze! The host answers questions that you didn't anticipate asking on notes throughout the property. I would absolutely stay here again and I would highly recommend this property!

Wedding Weekend

We rented this adorable house while in town for our son’s wedding in Pass Christian. Everything was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I highly recommend this place!

Great Host

Dixie was a great host, easy to contact and very quick responses. The quality of all the entertainment on the lower level was top notch and the kids had a blast with the cornhole game and bikes.

Fun times on the gulf coast

This was an excellent property and we greatly enjoyed our stay. It was a wonderful property for 4 60+year old sisters. However, the housekeeping crew left us with insufficient toilet paper, no kleenex, and only 2 beach towels. Since we didn’t need the towels, that was no problem. I would still recommend staying at Dixie Breeze.

Perfect Girls Weekend

We chose this particular property for our special girls weekend because of all the games listed in the description and the set up downstairs. We were not disappointed. Dixie Breeze was the perfect property for our group of 5. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and Dixie was a pleasure to interact with. I had several questions prior to our arrival and once we checked in. She responded promptly to my questions and requests. Before departing we were already planning our next trip back. Lots of Great Memories!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dixie Breeze! The train was fascinating; but definitely close. Some family members were able to sleep through the nightly runs, others were not. We loved the location; being a couple of blocks from the beach was great and we enjoyed visits to the local library with our children, only 1.5 blocks away. The owners were very responsive to requests and questions ahead of time and the house is stocked with amenities. We had a wonderfully relaxing time away with our family!

Everything was perfect! The location was perfect, the house was so cute with a great beach vibe and Dixie was an amazing host, answering all our questions and giving great advice. The house itself was well appointed with everything we could have possibly needed. We enjoyed walking to the beach and all the great restaurants. We were down for a conference in Biloxi and the house was a lovely short drive over for it. I just can't say enough about this place!!!!! Thanks again Dixie. We will definitely, DEFINITELY be back .
