The living area, kitchen, and dining room are surrounded with mounted Marlins, Sail Fish, and many other off shore fish. The room also offers relaxing furnishings in front of the home theater system, complete with surround sound and custom bookcases.
The kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas cook top, and an 8 foot, hand carved, glass mural. The breakfast bar adjoins the dining area, that provides seating for six. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
