Our Loft is located in the heart of downtown Denver. It offers a beautiful view of the city, and those famous Colorado sunsets. It is perfect for all the seasons of the year; with a fireplace to keep you warm and cozy in the Winter and a large walk out porch for those Summer bbq's. The loft has a perfect balance of history with a contemporary feel. The building is located in Denver's historic lower downtown district.
The loft has 2 beds and 2 bathrooms. It is a very open space; the master bedroom is located at the back where there is privacy but no door and the second bedroom in the front of the house has a divider that offers privacy. Both beds come with bed linen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need including a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Each bathroom has soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels and a hair dryer. For executive rentals, we offer a cleaning service once a week that will provide clean linens and towels as well as general house keeping. We offer 1 parking space in the under ground garage. For an additional fee we can offer another parking spot. Also we have a nice balcony to sit outside and enjoy the city view. Or cozy up to a nice gas indoor fireplace.... how many lofts do you see a fireplace in ?
Within walking distance you can get to Coors Field, the 16th Street Mall, the Pepsi Center, Union Station, restaurants, shops, etc. An Uber or cab can get you just about anywhere else you may want to visit in Denver for a low cost. You can also take a walk along the Cherry Creek Trail. From Union Station you can get a bus to Denver International Airport for about $11. April 2016, the light rail will be able to take you there in 37 minutes for $9.
Our loft is under HOA regulations that state a renter must stay a minimum of 1 month, which is what makes this loft perfect for anybody who is in Denver on business for a prolonged period of time.
