Jefferson park is a great family friendly area within walking distance to Jefferson park, groceries and many coffee shops and great restaurants! Also just a few blocks away from the Denver Aquarium, REI and Children's Museum as well as the Platt River! Close to Highlands, Downtown and Sloans lake as well. Mile high is also just 5 blocks away so close enough to walk to a game but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of the stadium!

Great option for a long term stay!

This place is absolutely a great choice for someone looking to find furnished short term housing. The place has been updated with fine finishes and new appliances. The bedrooms are very cozy and there are extra linens and amenities for your comfort. There is even a nice, clean basement space with a working washer and dryer. There is a nice backyard area to get some fresh air, the neighbors are friendly and quiet, and it's within walking distance to a grocery store, several restaurants, Jefferson Park and of course, Empower Field! The property owner is friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall, this place has provided me with everything I need until I close on a house. Very happy with my stay.

Not Ideal for long term stays (over 2 days)

It’s fine for a weekend stay but not anything longer. There’s not enough seating and what is there is pretty uncomfortable. There’s nowhere to work if you need to. The outdoor patio furniture is basic and limited. No chairs at all on the front porch. The Wi-Fi is shared with the unit next door and super slow. There is zero place to put your clothes in either bedroom - no dresser and the closet has no shelves. The TV is small and not a smart Tv - it’s some weird, off brand I’ve never heard of. No off street parking and it can get pretty competitive for a spot on the street on weekends. Overall, the unit is meh and way overpriced for what you get. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Good location if you need access to the stadium and don’t plan to spend much time in the unit.

Wonderful!

Loved Reilly’s home in every way. The place is perfect for a long stay, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is so much fun. Finally, communicative host who ensured we had everything we needed. Would stay again for sure.
