Fabulous villa, great location

We had a lovely time in this villa, the photos do not do it justice. It's spacious, modern with good air conditioning and a fantastic pool. Just a short walk to shops, beach and restaurants. Ideal for a family holiday.

Great stay

Check in and out worked great. Communication with the owner has been excellent. Short walking distance to grocery store and beach so you don’t need a car. The house was clean and the pool was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay at this house, and can highly recommend it.

Thanks for a great stay, we truly enjoyed our visit.

We stayed two families in the house during a week in January. The property is located in a beautiful residential area and we couldn’t be happier with our stay and the accommodations. Nice, clean and well functioning home. The host replied swiftly and was very friendly. Bus stop to Palma is located right outside the door, which was great -

Photos don’t do this justice

We had an amazing stay. Location is so quiet, yet a few minutes walk to the huge sandy strip of Playa de Palma. Beautiful peaceful beach just 3 mins walk away. Not sure I can fault the villa? The place was super clean and had everything we could want, including utensils, pans, salt pepper etc. Bedrooms are behind a couple of doors so one can enjoy cooking and talking in the lounge while kids sleep - really enjoyed our stay. Portic Villas who manage the villa were amazing. All information was sent quickly and any questions were answered almost immediately. I do hope we get chance to rent from them again,to stay in this villa again Thanks -

A Peaceful Slice of Paradise

This property is AMAZING!! Located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood...yet just a few minutes to quality restaurants, grocery shopping, and all the beachfront promenade action...if that's what you're looking for. The home itself was very comfortable. It has a very well stocked kitchen for cooking meals, good COLD AC, comfortable beds, huge closets, nicely done bathrooms, plenty of space for everyone, and a wonderfully refreshing pool to enjoy right outside your back door! We also felt extremely safe in this home. Having the option to pull your car inside the gate & then be totally locked in was very nice! I can't say enough about this vacation rental. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

All in all we had a super stay thanks!

Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad is super en de airco hebben we goed gebruik van gemaakt. Let op bij veel gebruik van de airco kunnen er nog extra kosten in rekening gebracht worden. Het huis ligt in een woonwijk maar de strip is 10 minuten lopen. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de transfer service en die was top geregeld. De communicatie met de verhuurder was top en ze reageren snel op vragen! Het enige min puntje is dat er maar vier bedjes zijn bij het zwembad en dat de föhn niet optimaal werkt. Al met al hebben we een super verblijf gehad bedankt! -

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, bietet ausreichend Platz und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach und unkompliziert. Für unsere Bedürfnisse waren die Betten sehr gut und auch das restliche Mobiliar war in Ordnung. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und auch Freunden das Objekt empfehlen. -
