South facing balcony with all day sun

High spot is that the balcony is south facing and receives the sun all day.Apartment has all you need for a pleasant stay.Well maintained pool and attractive gardens.Good wi-fi and choice of UK tv channels.There is an adjacent bus stop with an infrequent service so a car is recommended.

Great location in Peyia, I felt totally safe, the complex was clean and well maintained. Slight problem with the toaster not working, one quick message and a brand new one was delivered the next morning. I would definitely return.

Beautiful apartment, thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. Amazing views of the sea, mountains and Peyia from the balcony. Conveniently located, 20 minute walk to the centre of Peyia, 35 minute walk to the beach (5mins by car).

Amazing stay

We had a really nice stay in the flat. Everything was as described in the add, and it had everything we needed. The terrace has some great views and the pool area is excellent. The kitchen was well equipped. All in all, a great point of departure for exploring Cyprus. Very recomendable.

Paradise Apartments Peyia

Lovely apartment, very clean with everything in it you could possibly need. Beautiful and peaceful location but a car is advised if you want to go further afield or to the beach, shops etc. Very good value for money.

If you are looking for a 5 star apartment this one is not for you. But if you are looking for a decent place to stay this could be for you. Yes the apartment needs a bit of TLC ie as in new curtains new scatter cushions nothing matches but hey its just a place to chill and lay your head.The apartment is not overlooked great views from the balcony down to the sea. There are 2 sun loungers on the balcony as well as a table and 4 chairs. You have a lovely clean pool 2 mins walk away.No beach towels provided. There was only 2 towels which i thought insufficient for 2 people you need one for using and one in the wash. Heidi quickly responded and 2 more towels provided.I would stay here again it is certainly value for money. You do need a car to get the best out of the area

Eveything you need at the property which is cosy. The view is amazing! You either need to be fairly fit or have a car to get shopping or go out for dinner. We used the local bus service everywhere which was a lot cheaper.

The property overall was dated & in need of redecoration. For the first 2 days the TV did not work so that had to be sorted out. Good view from balcony & the grounds of the complex were well maintained.

A great Apartment set in beautiful gardens

We stayed in this property and could not fault it from the time we arrived to the day we left. We had a problem with the fridge freezer and got in touch with the management team and with in 2 hours we had a brand new one installed. The views and surroundings are beautiful. The host Heidi was so nice and professional and always available if needed. If you are thinking of booking this apartment don't hand around as it will be booked before you can blink.

Lovely Stay

The apartment is well equipped and has a lovely balcony with a fantastic view that gets sun from sunrise to sunset and some of the sunsets were quite spectacular. The complex is well maintained with a lovely pool area and we found the residents extremely friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking as you will need a car. The location is great for getting to Coral Bay, Agios Giorgios and the Akamas peninsular where we did some great walks. The village is full of nice tavernas but we can especially recommend Grande Cafe and for lunch Nature down near sea caves. Heidi was a great host, very responsive and even let us stay a few days extra when our return flight was cancelled. We'll be back.

Perfect Accomodation In A Wonderful Location

Naturally, my summary must read like a repetition of what already had repeatedly been stated, but it cannot be helped: Neat 2 room apartment, clean and well furnished, all items tastefully arranged. Highlights are the spectacular view from the balcony on the Mediterranean at the horizon with spectacular sunsets, and the comfortable double bed, with a mattress I came to like better than mine at home (action required, my wife keeps insisting!). The sun shines on the large balcony from sunrise until sundown, and the warmed air may flow from above the tiled floor into the rooms thru opened slide doors thus bringing natural warmth into the apartment - a well appreciated feature at winter time (been here in Feb/March 2023).

Our lovely stay in Paradise

Had a great stay at this apartment. This apartment has absolutely amazing views both of Coral Bay and the mountains from the same balcony!! We never got tired of watching incredible sunsets. Everything was provided to make our stay really comfortable. The owner Heidi resolved any issue promptly as she could and any outstanding queries we had. Really sensed that Heidi and Gunter did their uptmost to make our stay as enyojable as possible and we certainly did!! Car rental would be essential for us as we knew the location of how far to the local supermarket etc. So would recommend that for anyone staying here. But you can walk to the beautiful beaches of Coral Bay and Corallia Beach as about a 30min walk.

Wonderful apartment and great host

We had a lovely stay at Peyia Paradise Apartments and Heidi was a wonderful host. The location was perfect for us as we were there for a wedding and most of the guests were staying in Coral Bay but we wanted to be away from the main hustle and bustle but not too far. We hired a car which I would definitely recommend as it is not an easy walk to anywhere, but for us it was great. Due to covid restrictions unfortunately there are no communal sun beds around the pool which was a shame but we were not spending our time there too long for it to be an issue - just something for other guests to consider. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived and had all the amenities we could want. We would definitely stay again. Thanks you Heidi

Comfortable apartment with beautiful views

Peyia Paradise has all you need for a comfortable, relaxing holiday. Our favourite feature was the large balcony, with views down to the sea, where we could watch the sunset to the right and the moon rising over the mountains to the left. A beautiful way to start the evening! It was easy to communicate with the property manager and Heidi and any problems were quickly resolved. The property is quite far from shops and the beach, so if you don’t like walking you would need a car. Thank you Heidi for making our holiday so comfortable! We would definitely recommend your apartment to couples.

Peyia is one of the most sought after locations on the sun drenched island of Cyprus, with stunning mountain and coastal views. Set at a mountain slope, allows the enviable panoramic views both to the west coast of the island and toward the center of Paphos and lovely cooling breezes on a summers day and perfect sunsets every night. The village centre is a 15 min walk from your Paradise Apartment or a short drive. Here you will find everything you need, butchers, bakers, supermarkets and a great selection of restaurants and taverns to sample. Peyia is a quiet village and close to Coral Bay and the very popular sandy beaches. The Coral Bay street just before the beach is full of restaurants for all tastes (Italian, local, Japanese, Chinese, Indian) as well as plenty of Bars, Coffe Shops, Supermarkets and Bank.
