Villa Koludrovac is an ideal choice for a larger family or group of friends. It consists private heated pool, jacuzzi, private outdoor parking space for few cars. Villa is located in peaceful and quiet area of Kastel Štafilić only 40m from the nice beach and 5min to the activity park with tennis courts and football field. Two UNESCO protected cities Trogir and Split which are only 10 min 35 min away.Also, provides complete privacy which is ideal for holidays with your family and friends.

Villa Koludrovac is arranged over two floors: ground floor and first floor.

Ground floor of the villa is a comfortable living space with: 3 sleeping rooms, full equipped kitchen with dining room and 3 bathrooms. Large glass doors can be opened and provide exit to the balcony terrace and outdoor pool terrace with heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. Near the pool you can enjoy sunbeds and BBQ.

First floor is designed with 3 sleeping rooms, full equipped kitchen, large bathroom, one small toilet and balconies with panoramic sea view.
The whole property is available only to our guests and they have complete privacy.

My family and I live 20 min away and we can be available to our guests if they need some help.

For our guests we can help with some advices or arrange taxi transfers, day trips to the Krka Waterfalls or boat trips to the islands.

Villa is comfortable for 12 persons in 4 double bed rooms and 2 rooms with two single beds in each.

HOUSE RULES:
No smoking inside of the villa.

No party or loud music in period between 23:00h - 09:00h.

In case of damage the villa or assets, you are personally responsible for covering the damage.
