Remodel includes tile floors throughout, widening galley kitchen, new shower and tub in master bathroom and large new shower in guest bathroom

The Shores at Waikoloa is the place for your Big Island vacation! We are located close to Anaehoomalu Bay for easy access to the sandy beach. The nearby Hilton Waikoloa Village and Waikoloa Beach Marriott both offer luau's and restaurants. Various shops and restaurants are also available at Kings' Shops and Queens' Marketplace.

Enjoy comfortable casual furnishings , updated cabinets and granite counters. The Master has a King bed, large dresser and closet. En suite bathroom includes large vanity with 2 sinks, shower, tub, toilet closet and large closet. The large second bedroom with walkout onto the lanai contains two twin beds which can be converted to a king with an advanced request. Guest bath includes large vanity and large shower with dressing area. Flat screen tv's are in the living room and both bedrooms. A wireless internet connection is included. There is central air conditioning with a 73 degree minimum setting which is on a six hour timer. The Shores has the largest lanais in the resort. The expansive Lanai includes a wet bar and small barbeque for your convenience.

Unit has a wonderfully spacious and open atmosphere that blends with the beautiful view out of the large windows in the living and dining room. The lanai is accessed from the living room and guest bedroom, it has a beautiful view across the golf course fairway with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. The sunsets off of the lanai can be breathtaking!

The Shores at Waikoloa is a three story condominium complex spread out over 11.4 acres. The property is made up of waterfalls leading to ponds all surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Within the complex is a beautiful pool with a Jacuzzi, two tennis courts, a fitness center and three barbeque areas. For your security and privacy the property is gated with plenty of private parking.

A couple of bar stools would be a nice addition. The master br mattress was too soft for my preference and seemed very difficult to sit on the edge. A cupboard door under the kitchen sink has a loose hinge but couldn’t find a screw driver. Overall a very nice unit with good upgrade.

Amazing stay In Waikaloa!

This condo was perfect for our stay! Close to shops beautiful beaches with an ocean view from the huge lanai and the main bedroom! The kitchen was fully stocked with spices, all cooking utensils everything you need - just like being home! Maryann was always available when we had questions or needed something! We would definitely stay at this property again, we made some great family memories!!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised - clean, well decorated, the bed was comfy, great location, all around a great property. We appreciated the extra's - boogey boards, snorkels, masks, flippers, beach bag, chairs - all were really nice and convenient. There was even bug spray - which fortunately we didn't need. Also, we were allowed to stay late on our check out day which was a wonderful bonus. Thanks!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful, well equipped condo and look forward to going back one day soon. The location was great with an easy 15 minute walk across the golf course to the gorgeous white sand beach or a short drive to shopping. We drove north and south on the island, taking one day trips to see the volcanos, amazing topography, beaches and small cities/towns. The pool and exercise room were well used and the large lanai was perfect for breakfast and happy hour. Thank you!

Provides transportation within Waikoloa Beach Resort. Operates daily from 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Rates vary: Children under 4 are FREE, children 5-12 are $1 and $2 for Adults. Stops at Kings' Shops, Queens' MarketPlace, Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa and Hilton Waikoloa Village lower lobby.

We recommend a rental car so that you can visit the many attractions on the Big Island.

The south end of Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is known for having turtles, and you can visit the Lava Lava Beach Club for your favorite refreshment while watching the sunset.

Mauna Kea Observatory is nearby and visible from the condo lanai, and
Hawaii Volcanoes National Park is a scenic 90 minute drive from The
Shores.
