Kolea is a luxury condo complex located in the prime spot of Waikoloa Beach Resort on the sunny Kohala coast of the Big Island of Hawaii; between Marriott and Hilton hotels, just steps away from Anaeho’omalu beach and King Shops. This is the only condo resort in Waikoloa that has a direct, walking access to the beach.
This is considered the sunniest spot in all of the Hawaiian Islands and the weather here is truly dreamy all year round!

This 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom ground floor condo situated in a great location: there is no building directly in front of the master bedroom and lanai so you enjoy an improved privacy.
Enjoy a spacious, (kid-friendly) grassy area your kids will love, far from the main road and away from busy traffic.
The condo is in building 15 which is very close to both: Anaehoomalu beach and shopping centers: King and Queen.

We have all beach gear you might want: beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkelling gear, beach towels, cooler and an umbrella.

BOTH bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements with high-quality mattresses and furniture.

We've removed carpets from the bedrooms as they tend to accumulate dust. We do have a very nice area rug in the living room though.

Check-in and out are very easy (and contactless!), no matter how late you arrive: the entrance door is equipped with a keyless lock (keypad): enter the number combination that we'll provide, and that's it, you're in! No need to go somewhere to pickup a key and then to return it after check-out.

Parking is FREE. You will NOT pay any additional fees upon arriving, such as resort fees; parking fees and so on.

A/C is designed to be energy efficient without compromising your comfort! It works when all windows, entrance door and lanai door are closed. You have control over temperature from 70°F and up. This ensures a comfortable sleep for overwhelming majority of people (please read reviews!)

Only 250 yards walking distance from our villa to the Beach Club, featuring an infinity pool, sandy pool with waterfall for kids, lava rock Jacuzzi and a fitness room. From there, there is another 180 yards to Anaeho’omalu beach, where you can swim and snorkel in calm water, go kayaking, water biking, surfing, take a glass-bottom boat tour or just relax on the beach enjoying the sun. Kolea is located in the most sunny area of the Big Island! Anaehoomalu beach is also a great place for watching sea turtles. Oh, do not miss sunsets on the A-bay, they are gorgeous!

Waikoloa Beach Golf Course is in about 0.5 mile away.

Please note there is no source of carbon monoxide in this property: there are no gas or wood-burning appliances. Stove and water heater are electric. Kidde smoke detectors are installed in this property.
