I was here for a long term rental. It was absolutely perfect. Great location to walk everywhere in Frisco. Easy to get to any brand ski area. Would stay here again for sure. Great owner. Great communication.

Great Stay near some Great Mountains

Just finished a short week ski trip with a small group of friends. House was in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to many restuarants, shops, gas, and recreational mountains. Hot Tub is a nice addition when finishing up a day of skiing.

Perfect in town home.

I have rented this place twice and will continue. It is spacious and clean. Perfect location to town and trails. I ride right from the house to the mountain bike trails and walk to town for dinner after.

Nice place and convenient to Main Street

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and sufficiently appointed. We loved that it was walking distance from Main Street which was very convenient.Property manager Carolyn, was very responsive to our needs and issues which we greatly appreciated. The team she has was very responsive as well.The hot tub was clean and we even saw the hot tub cleaning service company make a visit. After a big snow one afternoon/evening, the next day we were pleased to see someone had come to plow the driveway and shovel the walks.

everything was as advertised. it's great if you just need a place to stay for skiing. room for two cars. kitchen had everything we needed. bedrooms were decent size. The only downside is it was just ok for hanging out - the TV was smaller than other places we've been at and there wasn't a lot of room for lounging. Hot tub was excellent - 4 people could fit and it was easy to work.

i've traveled to summit county from out of state several times, and this place is as good as anywhere i've stayed. First, the location is fantastic. It is easy to find, parking is secure and off the street, and downtown frisco has really taken off. You can walk to it in no more than two minutes.Second, the condo is in great shape. All the beds were comfortable, the showers worked well, and appliances met our needs. Sometimes you stay at a place and are caught off guard by something bad, but that didn't happen here. The hot tub was a great touch and my kids loved it. It was also easy to communicate with the folks in charge, and the one time we needed to make a phone call they picked up and answered our question immediately. You cant really ask for much else in a spot.

Don’t Rent This Place

From the icy walkway leading to the front door with the loose knob set, to the huge water stain/damage on the ceiling over the wood stove, to the electric baseboard heat that can’t keep the house warm, to the stained grayish carpeting, this place was a huge disappointment and an obviously poorly maintained place. Save yourselves. Don’t rent.

Hi Doug, this homeowner works hard to provide a five-star stay for all guests, so they were surprised by your feedback. They would like to share the following: - I apologize if there was any ice on the walkway. It is a high-alpine environment, so that is hard to avoid in the winter months, but we have added a bucket of ice melt by the door in case guests need it. - There is a small water stain on the ceiling, but no damage; that should not impact the guest experience. - I've never received a complaint regarding the baseboard heat before, but most guests use the wood provided for the stove, as it keeps the home very warm. - I am not aware of a loose knob on the front door, but I will be sure to double-check that. - The carpets are cleaned twice a year, but the place is heavily rented, so the foot traffic can cause some wear and tear. - I'm sorry that you were unhappy and wish you had let me know about these concerns during your stay. I do all I can to ensure all guests enjoy their time here!

Just finished a week ski vacation with a small group of friends. House is close to shops, food, groceries, and great ski resorts. Hot tub is a nice addition after a long day of skiing. Living room was cozy to sit and watch movies. The big dining room table was nice to have family style dinners. The grill was used a lot and made cooking dinners very easy.

Awesome location

This place really has a great location. A block up from Main Street and all the restaurants. And a quick drive to any other summer or winter activities. The unit it self was very clean, and we’ll organized. Had everything we needed. My only recommendation for the owners would be invest in some new mattresses. I slept well, and was comfortable, but you can tell these mattresses are ready to go. Anywho. I’d stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful weekend getaway!

My boyfriend and I had a blast staying here on a mini-vacation to the mountains. The property was clean, well-furnished and well-stocked with anything we could ever need, and our contact Carolyn was super friendly and responsive when we let her know upon arrival that there were a couple lights out. The only minor complaint we had is there was a lot of construction going on next door so during the day it was very loud and even vibrated the floors a bit, but that is obviously something the property manager cannot control so certainly can't count that against them! Overall we had a delightful weekend and would definitely stay here again! (I'm already wishing we were back instead of back to work)

Cozy Unit, Wonderful Private Hot Tub, AMAZING HOSPITALITY

We are two couples who really enjoyed our stay in the unit. The unit is very cozy with the wood stove. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. We cooked breakfast and dinner every day of our stay. The beds were really comfortable and the three bathrooms are a big plus. The PRIVATE HOT TUB in a private backyard is the reason we choose this unit - a real treat, even more so with current covid concerns. It was super clean and felt so good each day after shredding powder all day long. The view of the mountains from the hot tub is amazing. An unexpected big plus was Carolyn - the kindest host we've ever had and we have stayed in many short terms rentals via VRBO and other sites. She got us into the place early when our flight was moved up due to weather, was super responsive, answered all of our questions and genuinely wanted us to have an amazing vacation in Frisco and wonderful stay in the unit. We will definitely ping her next time we are in the area. This is the one destination we return to annually and she has us very interested in a summer vacation in the area too due to all of her great tips. I cannot say enough nice things about her. Thank you for everything Carolyn!

Great place to stay

Host was great, we had a few questions and Carolyn was super responsive. Place was very clean and the kitchen was one of the best equipped we have ever had for a rental property (never rented a place with sharp knives before!). We have a hot tub at home and I know how hard it can be to keep it clean and the chemicals balanced when you have different people come through - the tub here was great! Location for downtown Frisco couldn't be better. Really great value.

Staying at your townhome was a delightful experience. Carolyn was very helpful and reachable per text and telephone to help with the check-in process. A great townhome right by Main Street Frisco

Overall a great stay. We were there for two weeks, a family of four. We cooked often in the house and had everything we needed. Being a block off Main Street was also great, and we took advantage of it for multiple meals as well as the free summer concert. We used the hot tub multiple times and we saw it get cleaned twice in our two weeks there.
