All bedrooms are up stairs and the 2nd and 3rd bedroom are serviced by a separate bathroom. There is split system reverse cycle air conditioning in each bedroom and the downstairs living area.
Living/Dining area is fully set up with LCD TV, DVD, stereo and good quality furnishings. There are two bathrooms & 3 toilets. A modern fully fitted kitchen is set up for a work free holiday break, with microwave, dishwasher, gas hot plates, toaster etc. A lovely outdoor area with BBQ, dining setting and shading umbrella. Under cover secure off street parking accommodates two vehicles.
