If you are looking for a great place in the right location with lots of activities for the whole family....you've found it! Game room area with pool table, Tv, poker table, and 10' Shuffle board! Resort style back yard with lots of fun activities : Basketball court, volleyball, badminton, handball, horse shoe, corn hole ,bocce ball and your own private golf net to keep your swing in tune ! When your done playing you can go for a swim or lounge around in our new 10 person Jacuzzi. Also, lots of sitting area's with outdoor umbrellas and new gas bbq!

County estate located only one mile from Leoness Cellars and only minutes to all Wineries! Private vineyard on site, which makes it great for group/family pictures! Home is 4200 square feet of living space with 5 bedroom and 3 full baths. Large kitchen with plenty of seating in the breakfast area and dinning area.

~~~IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW~~~

~We take the rules very seriously! Prior to booking, please note that per our house rules and County ordinance, Occupancy limit at all times and Quiet Hours of 10pm to 7am will be strictly enforced (absolutely no outdoor activities that will inconvenience our neighbors of their quiet enjoyment). Guest must mindful of their noise levels at all times.. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the County may result in a citation, forfeiture of security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction.

~Pool/jacuzzi heating may incur an additional charge, provided Solar panels does not heat to a desirable temperature do to cloudy days. Pool heating may not be available if outdoor temperatures are below 45 degrees, which is usually November thru March. Jacuzzi heating available year round for an additional fee. Cost is determined by the amount of propane used.

~~CANCELLATION POLICY~~

Full refund if cancellation of more then 60 days is given from the date of check in. To reserve we require a good faith deposit plus service fees to Homeaway/Vrbo. Balance of the rental will be due 45 days prior to check in.

We had great time staying with friends and family. Lots of space indoors and outside. Large kitchen. Game room. Lots of seating indoors and out. Nice pool and hot tub. Wish we had a longer stay.

Great stay

My group came for a wedding in Temecula and were so happy with our stay at this property! It was so well equipped with games and activities to enjoy during our stay. The property was very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great home for a large group

Everyone enjoyed the open gathering spaces with many games and a great kitchen. With so many bedrooms there was a lovely space for quiet retreat and reflection.

Great house for large family gathering (12 of us)! Lots of indoor and outdoor space for things to do. Solar heating worked great for the pool (late Oct). Beds were comfortable. The house was clean, but does need a “deep clean”— vents and kitchen ceiling lights. Communication was respectful and responsive. Location was awesome! Would stay again!

Wonderful house!

This was a perfect house for a weekend getaway with friends coming from multiple states. It was incredibly clean, well maintained and offered multiple choices for entertainment at the house. We will definitely stay here again.

We traveled to Temecula for our daughter’s wedding. This house was close to the winery and town. It had everything we needed. The pool and basketball court was great .

Fabulous house for our reunion!

This place was wonderful for our family reunion. Well-stocked, clean, perfect! We had a great time in the pool, barbecued, all the beds were comfy, loved the pool table and poker table. Just perfect - thank you!

Large Family Holiday

Anyone looking for a family vacation would love this place. It’s away from the hustle but close enough to town, you can access anything you need. We loved being so close to the wineries. As far as the property, I’ve never seen an AirB&B kitchen so equipped. It was super easy cooking for a large family. Definitely a place to stay again.

Family time

It was the perfect place for our family to spend time together. We took all 4 of our adult children, their significant others and our 2 year old granddaughter for a vacation. We all enjoyed the activities provided at the house like - billiards, ax throwing (plastic), shuffleboard, BBQing, and especially the pool! It was peaceful and relaxing.

Great Vineyard House

The house was in the middle of the vineyards within a few miles of many wineries. It was very spacious and great for entertaining. We had fun playing Pool inside the house and outside we used the Jacuzzi, played Cornhole ,Bocci ball and had dinner on the patio. The views were gorgeous! The property manager was great through the whole process and even offered to let us check in early. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent family oriented home.

We came to Temecula to celebrate one of our son’s wedding. Property was in an excellent location, just five minutes from the wedding venue. Home was very spacious, had fully equipped kitchen, plentiful supply of both bathroom and Pool towels The pool and hot tub were excellent with plenty of sitting and lounging chairs , lots of activities, corn holes, basketball outdoor grill and inside pool table. Our communication with the owners / property managers was excellent and they were very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. I would highly recommend this property in Temecula. Oversized home with endless games

My family spent 4 days at this home during a trip to a wedding. My brothers love games so the yard games, basketball and endless other activities were fantastic. The pool was fun and is super deep and there is also a hot tub. Inside there was lots of space for our family of 8. And to top it off this home is on a vineyard so your views are amazing. I even went for a run one more and enjoyed taking in all the views. Would definitely stay here again if we ever venture back to CA.

Great space

We really enjoyed the layout of everything. There were plenty of activities indoors and outdoors. Overall it was a great experience. We actually met the owner one day when he came by to help with taking care of the space and he was very friendly. The golf net got damaged due to weather and they brought a new plastic axe throwing set to give us more stuff to play with. That was a nice touch.

Quiet and Relaxing

We had a small family get together at this lovely home. We enjoyed the game room and the pool daily. We visited a couple of nearby wineries and had a meal out in Old Town Temecula - but mostly, we stayed at the house, played games and enjoyed each other’s company. As I walk with a cane, I was happy that there was a downstairs bedroom available for me. John promptly replied to any questions I had ahead of the trip and Dan greeted me at the house to show me around. My whole family agreed that we would be happy to come back again.

Great house for large family

The house was clean and well stocked with what we needed. It rained and was Wendy the first half of the week but it was great to have a pool table, shuffleboard and poker table. When it got nice outside the basketball court and corn hole were fun. We used the hot tub a lot and just really had a great time. John was a great host and gave me his number to get a hold of him should I need too. I would definitely go back.

Temecula Getaway

I would really like to be writing a wonderful five star review about this venue, but I just can’t as it fell short of my expectations. the property is extensive as the listing describes. It has lots of activities inside and out but there was no working refrigerator. The kitchen was not set up properly for cooking a large group. The Decor of the home is laughable with flamingos and bird pictures every which way, but it does have an amazing game room and poker table . If you can get a good price, you will really enjoy your stay.

Bachelorette Weekend

We had 10 ladies stay for a wine tasting Bachelorette weekend and this house was perfect! Great layout, so much space, we went at a time when we could relax and use the pool part of the day and part of the day head out for tastings and the house is so close to the wineries. The property owners/managers were really great to work with. We were all so happy with the experience!
