New Two Bedroom, Two Bath Townhouse.

This is new construction on the Depot Park side of the track. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - One Bedroom/1 bathroom downstairs with one full size bed and one twin size bed and one bedroom/ 1 bathroom with King size bed & TV upstairs. The Living room has a sleeper sofa and TV with DVD player. Total sleeping capacity is 6 people. Kitchen is fully equipped for those who wish to cook and eat in. The Dining room area table accommodates up to 6 people. There are several restaurants, bars and cafes close by. There is the Buoy Bar, Cyprus Café, and Lil Joes to name a few. If you wish to grill, there is an electric grill on the back patio where you can grill your dinner while enjoying the serene setting of the park grounds with its beautiful trees and duck pond. Children are welcome but supervision is necessary with both a deep pond and an active railroad track nearby as well as a busy roadway. Come enjoy Mississippi Hospitality. My family and I enjoyed our stay here. It is beautifully decorated, clean and has all the necessities for a home away from home. Joey was easy to work with and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the area and gave some great food tips! The best parts about staying here was the fact that it was walking distance to the beach and the restaurants. It was also dog friendly, so we were able to bring our black lab along. We love Bay St. Louis and hope to maybe stay here again.

Very enjoyable

The house was really comfortable and new. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. The management was very nice and accommodating when we had questions. Trains didn't bother us at all. It was a very pleasant stay. We will rent again.

THANKSGIVING FAMILY STAY

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY IN BAY ST. LOUIS DURING THANKSGIVING. ON THANKSGIVING MORNING THERE WAS A FUN RUN ABOUT 1/2 BLOCK FROM THE HOUSE. THERE WAS PLENTY OF WALKING PATHS BEHIND THE HOUSE AROUND A DUCK POND TO GET EXERCISE AND SEE NATURE. THE HOUSE IS BASICALLY BRAND NEW, IT'S NICELY DECORATED WITH A GREAT FLOOR PLAN. THE HOUSE IS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED CLOSE TO MAIN STREET. WE GOT FRESH BAKED BREADS AND SCONES THANKSGIVING MORNING AT THE BAKERY ON MAIN STREET. WE ENJOYED THE HOUSE, THE ONLY NEGATIVE WOULD HAVE BEEN THE HOUSE'S CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE TRAIN TRACKS. DURING THE NIGHT YOU MAY HAVE 2-3 TRAINS BLOWING THEIR LOUD WHISTLES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. WE USED A PHONE APP WHICH PRODUCED SOOTHING SOUNDS FOR SLEEP. THIS HELPED DROWN OUT THE TRAIN NOISE AT NIGHT. OVERALL IT WAS A NICE PLACE THAT EASILY ACCOMMODATED OUR GROUP. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO OTHERS. I WOULD RENT THIS HOUSE AGAIN!! BIG THANKS TO THE MANAGEMENT TEAM- THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND EASY TO WORK WITH.
