Lovely property especially the added bonus of the pond in the back yard.
Perfect size home stocked with everything to make our weekend stress free. Great location to many restaurants, the beach and night activities. Such a peaceful safe area for fun, good food and lots of laughs. Joey was very helpful and easy to reach.
Great stay! Wonderful location and great service!
A very relaxing stay
This is a wonderful property for enjoying everything the old town of Bay St. Louis has to offer. It is just a short stroll away from the downtown action or the beach but just far enough away from all the traffic, especially on weekends. We really enjoyed the park (immediately off the patio) - both using it and watching the many who visit including mothers with strollers and wedding parties and prom queens getting their pictures taken. It did take a day to get used to the trains going by, a fact of life right across the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
Bay St Louis favorite
Walking distance to everything just right for cruising the coast. Even ha trailer parking for my hot rod
Always a pleasure
We always have a wonderful time whenever we stay here, and my 2 Shelties are always welcomed which means more to us than anything. The trains are not numerous and do not bother us. The wifi and cable TV work very well. The kitchen is well stocked and everything is in working order. The house is clean and smells nice. [No mold or mildew.] The neighborhood is quiet and walking in the park on Sunday morning was peaceful. We enjoyed the back porch seating, and the rain on the metal roof was soothing. The air conditioner cooled the house adequately and the ceiling fans worked very well to keep the air moving. Hot water was not an issue with 3 adults showering! Mr. Manieri was available to answer any questions we had. He is most helpful with suggestions for the area as well! We love staying here and will return again soon.
Beautiful house and location!!
This house was perfect for what we needed for the weekend! There was everything you can want in a vacation house...except..the TV's in the bedrooms did not work. If anyone is like me, I like to lay in bed and watch TV until sleepy and then go to bed. The upstairs bedroom TV's main box was not turning on at all. The TV turned on, but the cable box would not work. The downstairs bedroom, we could not even find a remote and when trying to manually turn on the TV, it would not turn on and it was definitely plugged in. Maybe a recent electrical storm blew them out? Who knows but they didn't work and the kids were also very disappointed. The WiFi worked great tho and at least that made things much better for them. You know how kids are nowadays! Other than that, the house was perfect. Walking outside in the backyard was beautiful to see the pond with the ducks. One thing is that the back yard is literally right on top of the park, people strolling and playing in the park were only a matter of feet from the back patio.
Overall, we loved this location and will use it again when we return!
Yes, we did have a lightening strike which knocked out not only the cable boxes for this unit but also for the unit next door. I had the cable people come out to fix the unit next door but did not know at the time the other unit had problems too. I will have the cable people come back out and fix this as well.
