6 couchages! Un trÚs grand lit, deux lits superposés et un canapé-lit. Unité entiÚrement mise à jour avec votre confort comme objectif. Balcon avant fermé (qui donne sur la piscine) et balcon arriÚre privé à l'arriÚre du complexe. Service de blanchisserie juste devant la porte. Facile, un étage et un parking sont à quelques pas. Les enfants adoreront le t. v.s dans leurs couchettes. Idéal pour les familles ou les couples qui ont besoin d'une escapade. Le condo a un accÚs privé à la plage, qui est une trÚs courte promenade à travers la rue.

Great cozy and cute family place!

This was such a cute place to stay for our week long family trip to Destin! It was a perfect amount of space for me, my husband, and our two boys. It was easily accessible, the host had everything we needed, and it was just simply wonderful. We love coming to Destin and will be back soon!

Super clean very convenient to get to the beach. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in in a rental. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom was roomy.

Wonderful property

Just finished a girl’s weekend here. Condo, location, all great. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is stocked. Bathroom had blow dryer and even a hair straightener!! Front and back balcony were great for wet things. Some beach toys there, to which we added more pool noodles. Overlooks parking lot and pool. Short, easy walk to the beach. Great communication with manager. Would highly recommend!!

Best Destin Condo

This was our second annual Destin trip and both times we have stayed in Gulf View condos. The location of this complex is perfect being right across the street from a private beach access. While this unit does not have a gulf view, it’s location makes up for it. In addition to your back balcony you have your own private gated front patio overlooking the pool. The condo was super clean and well stocked with everything you may need. Ciara was fantastic. Our personalized door code was not working so we had to give her a call. She was very pleasant and helpful ensuring we were able to get in the condo. I highly recommend Gulf View Condos and you can’t go wrong staying in this unit!!

Excellent Beach Condo

Our family has rented several Gulfview condos over the last 2 years. This condo is our new favorite! Updated and well-decorated, feels like home, not like a motel. It has all the amenities we expect from a VRBO rental with owners who care about the guests’s experience. This unit is on the far end and on the non-view side, but it is much more quiet that the units on the front view side. Since this is a corner unit, it has an extra window with more natural light. We enjoy the Gulfview Condos because it has a private beach and no high rise access so fewer beach visitors. Parking and access are easy and convenient. We will rent this unit again!

Perfect for our family!

THe condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean and had everything we needed. There were even some beach toys and floaties for us to use. The condo was big enough that we didn’t fell like we were on top of each other. We will definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Size Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in this lovely condo. The decorations were pretty. The bed was super comfortable. The place was super clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was an easy walk to the beach. The hot tub and heated pool were a nice touch in October! We will definitely be back 😄

Beautiful condo, excellent location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was exceptionally clean and in a prime location within the complex. The beds were comfortable (including the couch bed!) and the kitchen was fully stocked. We forgot our coffee and were pleasantly surprised to find two different types in the pantry! Parking was easily accessible and there were always spaces available. This unit overlooks the pool and having two balconies was a plus! Two local restaurants are within walking distance and have great food! The beach was gorgeous, we will definitely be back.

Very clean and short walk to beach!

Room is very nice and clean. All the stuff you would need besides food is available. The only issue we had was one night and day the A/C wasn't working. We were able to contact the owners and the issue was resolved that night. Overall great place to stay, will be back!

Perfect for a family with kids

We just returned home from vacation in this condo. We have 4 kids under the age of 10 and although small the condo was perfect. The layout worked great for us. The living area can be closed off from the hall that has the bunks and the bedroom. This was great for me to get up early and enjoy my coffee without waking anyone else. It also gave us space to be apart but not too far apart. Our kids are still at the age where they want us to be close. The pool was right outside the balcony so I could make lunch or give naps and still have my husband and other kids close enough that I could tell them to come eat lunch or something like that. My number one favorite thing was how clean the condo was. When I walked in it smelled clean. The decor is beautiful and someone really worked to make the whole condo flow. There were lots of hooks for hanging things which I really liked. Wouldn't hurt to have even more! The beds were extremely comfortable and everyone slept great the whole trip. The beach is only about a 5 minute walk from the end of the complex to the beach access door. My kids loved the Pools and there was a restroom next to the pool which came in very handy for my potty trained 2 year old. It is an end unit so had a front and back balcony area. Thanks so much for all the attention to detail in making this a great vacation rental!!

Spring break 2017

This condo was great. It doesn't have a view but who cares you are at the beach! This unit is one of the nicer ones we have stayed at in the Gulfview complex. This unit being on the end on the second floor it was so quite. Honestly you can tell that the owners really care about it as it is wonderfully decorated and extremely clean. The only bad thing about it is... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING it's a little slice of paradise! We would definitely stay her again given the chance!

Great vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Destin. The unit is very well laid out and completely equipped. Being an end unit it has a private front balcony that faces the pool/hot tub area and affords you morning sun. It also has an extra window in the kitchen/living area that gives you abundant natural light. The back has patio doors onto a small deck that has great afternoon sun. The laundry room is literally 10 steps from the unit. The private beach access is a very short walk and the beach is fantastic. The complex itself is very clean and very well maintained. We have no hesitation recommending this property!
