Welcome to our family’s cherished summer home, loved for over 75 years! Originally built by my grandparents, this vintage Bayfront gem has hosted four generations of unforgettable memories.

Located in the heart of Dewey Beach, directly next to the Dewey Beach Yacht Club, (and just 2 docks over from the Rusty Rudder and Hyatt Place) With your own private dock and beach for boating, crabbing, kayaking or stand up paddleboarding, and gorgeous sunsets. Bring your boat and tie up to your own private dock or rent one from our neighbors!

Walk to the ocean in just minutes and start your day with a stunning sunrise on the ocean side. Then return to your own private Bayfront beach to relax and enjoy a breathtaking sunset. Walkable to all the Dewey hot spots including many dining options. Town hall and police located on the same block. Looking to stroll the boardwalk? Hop on the Jolly Trolly at the end of the street and head into Rehoboth to enjoy all the family fun just one town over.
