Located in Biltmore Estates Phase II, this two bedroom, two bath unit is located on the 3rd floor of a secured building with elevator access.
My home has 12 reviews on other home sharing sites -- all reviews are 5 stars.
With a fabulous location in south Palm Springs, you will be just a few minutes drive to downtown or a quick walk to local favorites ACE hotel, Elmer's, Europa, El Mirasol, and Koffi South.
The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo allowing for privacy. The master bedroom features a king sized bed with cable tv and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. The main bathroom has a combination tub/shower. The grounds are meticulously kept with a swimming pool, hot tub and outdoor BBQ. High speed Wi-Fi internet is included. Community laundry is located on the 2nd floor. This unit has a large, comfortable sofa to accommodate an additional guest.

During High Season (Jan-March) reservations must start on the first day or last day of the month and guests must book for one, two or three full months.

Spacious, quiet 2br in desirable Deep Wells neighborhood.

Large comfortable 2 br unit in Deep Wells area, near Ace Hotel. Good view of mountains from the patio and plenty of ambient light to the living room and both bedrooms. All have private entrances to the patio. Heated pool and hot tub and propane grills in the courtyard. Stereo has Bluetooth, listen to your hometown radio station via laptop or cellphone. Short walk to E Palm Canyon and Buzz Bus will take you downtown on the weekends. Smoke Tree Shopping Center is about 1 mi to the East. Well equipped kitchen - save some money and eat at home! Covered car parking and a secure room to store a bicycle, PS is a pretty good biking town, and about a 10 minute ride to downtown.

Why they chose this property

This condo is in a great location, I love being able to walk to my favorite coffee shop, Koffi South. The complex is quiet, with beautiful grounds and a large swimming pool.

What makes this property unique

Being on the top floor, it has great western facing mountain views and no noise from above.
