Everything you need is in walking distance: 3 blocks from LDS City Center temple, 1 block from center street! 5 minute walk to grocery store and bus stop; 15 minute walk to light rail train system that connects you to all towns between Provo and Salt Lake City. The home has two stories, with Kitchen, Family room, Master bedroom and bath on the main; other bedroom, Bath and Great Room upstairs. Sleeps 5 comfortably, with two large beds and one couch.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in this charming bungalow. The main floor consists of a family room, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen faucet is motion detected. To activate it, just put your hand where it connects to the counter. The upstairs has a great room with a large couch and tv. The washer and dryer are upstairs and free to use as well. Along with the great room, there is another bedroom and bathroom.

The front patio, along with the backyard, are great places to hangout and enjoy the beautiful weather. The backyard has plenty of seating space underneath a nice pergola. Something to note is that the porch light has a self timer and will go on at sunset and off at 11 pm.

The kitchen and home are stocked with supplies. It is important to note that we offer a starter kit ONLY for your stay. Anything needed after our starter kit is depleted will need to be purchased by the guest.

Upstairs has its own cooler seperate from the downstairs. It is located in the upstairs bedroom. Turn the 'cool' switch to 'on,' then wait a minute to turn the fan on. Keep the door at the top of the stairs closed while both systems are in use.

Our property is located just a few blocks south of Center Street in downtown provo. Many of Provo's best places to eat are just minutes away! Feel free to park in the driveway. If your car leaks any fluids, please park on the street.
