- Full kitchen: stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics
- Bathroom with both shower and tub — easy kid bath time

- Laundry: washer/dryer available for $10 per use, detergent/softener/Clorox provided
- 55" TV; fast WiFi and a dedicated workspace

OUTSIDE
Private yard/patio with BBQ grill and outdoor heater; walk to the cross street for a breathtaking Pacific view.

PARKING + EV
One free assigned parking spot on the property. Level 2 EV charger ($75 refundable deposit; electricity at PG&E rates via the charger app, no markup).

GETTING AROUND
Walking distance to the supermarket, restaurants, and dry cleaning; minutes by car to San Francisco, SFO, BART, and CalTrain.

PRACTICALITIES
- The suite sits slightly above ground level with several steps up to the door
- No air conditioning — Pacifica's fog-cooled coastal air does the job most nights; portable fans provided
- Self check-in with a smart lock, any hour
- Check-in from 4 pm; checkout 10 am (late checkout often free for 30-60 min without same-day turnover, otherwise from $75/hr; unarranged late departures $200/hr)
- Quiet hours 10 pm - 7 am; no parties; please book the exact number of guests — anyone entering counts as a guest
- No smoking or vaping inside; no pets — service animals always welcome
- Two exterior security cameras face the street and one faces the backyard — outside only
- Professionally cleaned before every stay; all-white linens washed before and after each guest
- Stays of 3+ weeks include a simple rental agreement signed before check-in
- House-rule violations are subject to a $250 fee — we've never needed it with our guests, and we'd love to keep it that way.
