This is a Boutique Yurt home designed by Brian Forbes the Yurt Builder who has now built about 80 yurts throughout Queensland, Northern Territory, Northern NSW and Tasmania.
This home as seen on Stayz website is a 3-Generation home module. The apartment that we are promoting is a large 3-bedroom apartment next to the other two-third of the
building (our home). The 7th and 8th person (whether adult or child) will be an extra charge of $40 for washing all the bedsheets, pillow cases, blankets etc and for gas, elec for showers and daily essential use.
This apartment has coastal views from the deck, bathroom and the main bedroom.
Large equipped kitchen, and separate dining area that opens out to the deck.
Each bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed, doona and hot blanket (during the winter months).
Bathroom with separate toilet. Bath towels, liquid body wash and shampoo are provided for guests.
Apartment is carpeted throughout with vinyl flooring in the kitchen. To keep our home
clean and free from allergies, kindly LEAVE YOUR SHOES AT DOOR or on SHOE RACKS.
Our house rules : No smoking, No shoes indoor, and NO PETS please.
We do not mind having children in our apartment but as this is a POLE-home,
we would recommend that your children be advised not to JUMP or RUN in the
apartment as the bounce in the floorboard can be loud and disturbing to the neighbours.
This apartment is in a very peaceful and quiet family-friendly street thus it is not
suitable for parties or gatherings with loud music or drinking sessions.
We now charge a cleaning fees for your stay as guests have not done the right thing to keep the unit clean and tidy when they leave.
We do not provide breakfast.
At the moment, we have yet to do any landscaping so apart from the still growing
hedges and bare graveled car park and our workshop beneath the apartment, there is
very little colorful plantings around. The area beneath is still a "work in progress".
Tamborine Mountain and surrounds
Our home is about 6 mins to Gallery Walk and another 5 mins to any of the Winery
on the Mountain. Lots of birdlife and beautiful open gardens in Spring season.
If you enjoy bushwalking, there are several such trails and also the Curtis waterfall
Coastal views from the mountain is absolutely amazing!
