Island Vibe 1: Close to Beach with Private Heated Pool

Welcome to Island Vibe 1, a renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with private, heated and cooled pool plus lots of lush tropical landscaping!



Located on 62nd Street in Holmes Beach, this lovely property is convenient to the beach and in a very quiet Holmes Beach residential neighborhood.It has one shared wall with the unit next door. From here, it's just a short walk to the many shops and restaurants of downtown Holmes Beach, as well as the Island’s only dog park.









This beautiful property will sleep 6 people with 1 King bed,1 Queen bed, and 2 Twin beds. Plus, there is a pullout couch in the living room!You can park up to 3 cars here: 1 in the garage, and 2 in the driveway.





In the backyard, you'll find a large open deck and a covered, shaded area overlooking the pool. You can even enjoy drinks at the swim-up tiki table in the pool! We've added solar string lights on the upper and lower patio for enjoying the outdoors during those great Florida evenings.





You'll never miss a moment of your favorite sporting event!We have a 55" television in the living room with a DVD player, a 49" television in the master bedroom, a 49" television in the second bedroom, a 49" television in the third bedroom, ANDeven a 42" television on the outdoor, covered patio!





Convenience for our guests is a priority for us! All of the TVs are smart TVs and have streaming television with the Spectrum App. A washer and dryer, wireless internet, cable television and free domestic long distance calling are all included! Additionally, if you're traveling with little ones or pets, we gladly provide an array of convenient items upon request. We have high-chairs, pack 'n plays, baby gates, fans, and dog crates so you can pack less and enjoy a worry-free family getaway. Just let us know what you need in advance so we can make sure it is ready for you at the property upon your arrival.





There is plenty of opportunity for fun and games at Island Vibe 1. Inside the garage is a ping pong table, a beach cart, beach toys and lots of beach equipment. Additionally, there is a propane grill and outdoor propane fire pit.





We are pet-friendly!Two pets are permitted with prior approval, signed Pet Addendum, and a $150.00 non-refundable pet fee (plus 13% tax).



We treat for mosquitos from May through August.



You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.



NOISE ORDINANCE: Anna Maria Island has a zero tolerance policy for noise after 9 PM. Please show consideration for your neighbors. No loud music, parties or playing in pools after 9 PM. If a neighbor complains the Police Department has no choice but to file a complaint. Any tickets issued by the police department for noise violations will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in immediate eviction with no refunds of rent or deposits.



By City Regulation, a 7 night minimum stay is required with a maximum occupancy of 6 persons. Violation of the occupancy limit may result in immediate eviction with no refunds of rent or deposits.

We greatly enjoyed our stay Island Vibe 1. What a relaxing way to spend time on AMI. Very quiet neighborhood and a well-stocked place to stay. The short walk to the beach was done with the provided wagon loaded with beach chairs, umbrellas, and supplies. Coming back to relax in the pool was an added bonus!

We had a wonderful stay at Island Vibe 1. Cathy was great and responded quickly with any questions or needs. We were able to enjoy the pool a couple days between the cool days & the beach was just a short walk away. No need to bring anything with you when staying here, they have everything for pool, beach & inside the condo. There are several restaurants & shops within walking distance, so not much need for a car. You won't be disappointed in your decision to stay at Island Vibe 1.

All amenities were described exactly as listed. Host was responsive and communicated in a timely fashion. Home was welcoming, roomy, and decorated perfectly for a beach stay on AMI. The pool area where the area surrounding it is awesome. It is a good place to spend with you your family down there, but you can either be out the sun around the pool or you can go under the shelter and still see the activity at the pool. You can go in the garage and entertain yourself with a lot of games in there.

Fun and Relaxing Stay

We had an amazing trip at Anna Maria and Island Vibes 1. The house was perfect in size for our family of 5. The patio and pool area was used most of the trip and it was so nice to come back to the pool after spending some time on the beach. The beach was only a few blocks away and everything you needed was provided in the garage. Would definitely recommend Island Vibes!

Property manager and owner very accommodating and responsive. The property was very clean and well stocked. They had beach toys and towels and wagon to take on short walk to the beach. We originally booked Island Vibe 1 for January 2026. When we arrived we found everything to be as was described in the listing. The place was very clean and everything was as promised. The living area, bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. We had a minor issue that I offered to take care of but when I called Cathy, the property manager , she came over immediately and took care of it. The heated pool and outside areas were very enjoyable for all of our family. We had items that were provided to bring to the beach and use as we wanted. The day we were scheduled to leave there was a winter storm that was to affect our north drive home. We asked Cathy if we could stay longer and unfortunately new guests were arriving the next day. However Cathy had another property nearby and she arranged for us to stay there for almost a week until the weather improved. We were so happy that we did not have to drive home in a terrible ice and snowstorm. The second property was almost identical and was just as nice. We would not hesitate to go back and we are considering another visit there next year. Excellent experience there.

We loved our stay! We felt comfortable here and they provided us with a bunch of baby gear that made our traveling easier! We loved that the pool had a shallow area which was perfect for our one year old to hang out on (with us of course). The hang out area by the pool was so nice! We loved that it was in the middle of the island so it was close to some restaurants but also a nice short trip to both sides of the island! We would definitely stay here again!

Best VRBO yet

Honestly the place is even better than the pictures and description somehow. The covered outdoor area is huge and cool. The pool is spectacular. They had all the little things that we pull our hair out that we have to buy at other vrbos. Coffee filters, dishwasher soap, beach towels, coolers, pool floats, wagons…. Truly an awesome place a close walk to the beach.

What makes this property unique

This is a great property near the downtown area of Holmes Beach which means there are about a dozen restaurants just a short walk away. And they included breakfast and lunch sandwich shops, seafood, pub food, pizza, Mexican food and more formal dining. Many of these restaurants have both indoor and outdoor dining. If you are looking for something else, Pine Avenue in the City of Anna Maria and Bridge Street in Bradenton Beach are only a short trolley ride away. And the beach is about a five block walk from the house, so you can enjoy the sunsets every day!
