Everything was very nice-the linens& all the kitchen items-the furniture (inside & out)! I loved the sitting area by the pool but also the area just inside where I would have my morning coffee! My family & I really enjoyed our stay there! It was great!

Great place to stay on AMI. The house was perfect. The owners have thought of every tiny detail to make the stay wonderful. Very clean, close to the beach, & perfect for our vacation. Our first time to AMI but we can’t wait to return!

We just returned from a family girls trip. We appreciated the clean and comfortable accommodations of this cute beach house. It was nice to have beach chairs and a beach buggy provided for the short, easy walk to the beach. The pictures in the listing accurately show this beautiful property. We hope to return in the future and will definitely recommend this property to others.

Lovely Spotless home in quiet neighborhood. We loved the proximity to the beach and some local bars and restaurants. Free trolly access was great also. We rented bikes which worked out great as well. Ty and hope to visit again soon!

This house is fantastic!! We have stayed in many beach rentals and this house is superior in every way. Everything you could want or need in a beach house rental. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, beach towels, coolers and even beach toys for kids. The house is perfect inside, totally redone in very beautiful colors, so comfortable and very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and also has an outdoor grill. The pool is a nice way to end the day relax and enjoy the beautiful backyard!! The beach is a 4 minute walk. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Perfect for 3 couples or a family of 6. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

Fantastic Stay and Memories Made!

Fantastic experience for our family vacation. The property was immaculate and everything that we could have needed was available for our use. Rebecca was attentive and helpful. Only complaint is that we wish we could stay longer.

We had an excellent time here! My young family of four loved the space and bedroom options. It’s perfect for a family needing extra room for kids, and the pool was beyond lovely! Overall, we loved it and hope to go back!

This was over the top excellent place to stay! Absolutely private, quiet and 5 minute walk to private beach. Everything was thought of, every detail was perfect.
