Great housing for small family. Housekeeping somewhat questionable.. wood floors were filthy but rest of house acceptable. Supplied well and although on corner, not that noisy. Easy access to town and “hard walk” to beach access. Will recommend and stay there again

The place itself is nice and the location is great. But the floors are pretty dirty, towels are pretty worn out. And they make you check in later and check out earlier than other places. Plus you have to do several things before checking out. The lock on the door is kinda funky and thought we were locked out for a minute. Pretty expensive too. Not the best stay I’ve ever had. Not the worst either.

Nice property, close to beach and downtown shops. The kitchen was nice, stocked with dishes, pots/pans, cutlery, and basic spices and coffee. The house was spacious and the bed was comfy w/good linens. Parking and checkin was super easy.

Perfect Location

Great small house 15 minutes from historic Nye Beach. Stairs to second floor steep, and may challenge seniors.

Nice stay with partial view

Nice large open space upstairs with sleeping downstairs. Had everything we needed. Great location with view of ocean. Drove to Nye beach to access the beach. Garage is too tight to fit a regular car in just as described. Mostly from the angle to get in. Luckily we didn’t end up parking in there since neighbors were redoing their siding all day and blocked the alley and side parking.

The home was nice however wasn’t very cozy. It would be nice to have a few throw blankets and the space in the living room was odd - empty space and mean bag when you first walk in. Also felt nickeled and domed by way of initial confirmation from Meridith lodging and then a second from BRBO with a 69’serbice fee and then a 50 fee for late check out. 4 pm check and and 10 am checkout feels pinched 3 pm check in and 11 am check out are standard in my experience.

Great location and lovely home. The house was spotless and lots of opportunities for home entertainment. The stairs are steep and may not suit all.

Nye Beach Review

This property is close to Nye Beach and a lovely little walk to the ocean. It was not as clean as we would have liked upon arrival and smelled heavily of fried fish. The beds are also not very comfortable. I’d return to Nye Beach but not likely to rent this property again.

unit was very clean and well appointed, only issue was the picture on the site gave us the impression that the beach access was at the end of the alley which was not the case as beach access is app a 12 to 15 minute walk .

Stairs

Interesting layout: The 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath were on the ground level, and up the stairs was the open living room, dining area, and nice kitchen. There was also a full bathroom on that floor. There was a sliding glass door to a balcony, but the view was just the surrounding residences, also 2-story buildings. Very nice, clean, and lovely hardwood flooring. However, BE CAREFUL on the steep stairs! My friend slipped and fell all the way down. She was basically okay, but we were both quite cautious going either up or down the slippery, hard-wood-floored steps after her fall. There was one window in the living area that offered a view of the ocean, which is just down the street, but there is no beach access. It is a drop off, with no trail. You can sit or stand there to watch the waves, but you need to go somewhere else to actually walk on the shore. It was a very nice place, quite relaxing and lovely. If steep, slippery steps do not deter you (we are old, fat, and not in good fitness), then I would highly recommend the house.

We stayed 4 days with our 2 young children, excellent place for our family. Check-in was hassle free, the residence was as advertised, we would be more than happy to stay again!

Relaxing time!

The property was clean. However I didn’t realize two bedrooms downstairs and their living room and kitchen were upstairs. We had to bring our groceries to a steep stairs, if you have knee problem just warn you might have hard time to go upstairs, and their stove , you need to use stainless steel pans otherwise the stove will not turn on. My cook had hard time cooking, most of his dishes leave a burnt pan since it’s stainless steel . It is quiet place. I’m not sure about charging cleaning fee when they want you to take trash outside and take bedsheets to the laundry room.
