This 2/2 split plan condo is close to everything Sarasota has to offer! The new University Town Center shopping area is minutes away, while downtown and the white sandy beaches of Siesta Key are an easy 15-20 minute drive. The unit sits on the 16th hole of one of The Meadows three perfectly manicured courses. There are a multitude of additional course within a short drive as well. Restaurants are plentiful and in close proximity as well. This is a nicely furnished true turn-key condo, including washer and dryer inside the unit, just bring your suitcase.

Spectacular view of the lake

The accomodations were great. The place was very clean. All the kitchen utensils and appliances were working properly. There is a nice pool where you can relax. The location is very convenient. You can easily find everything you need nearby.

Great condo in quiet neighbourhood

This is a lovely, spacious condo in a golfcourse community with very convenient access to Nathan Benderson Park. The condo had everything you need, including washer/dryer, and the full kitchen was great for making our own meals. We really enjoyed relaxing in the condo pool at the end of the day.

Very convenient

We were in town for the Nationals rowing competition and this spot was very convenient. We were happy with the space and the amenities of the property. John was very helpful when we had questions.

Well equipped very well located condo. If you have an event at Nathan Benderson Patk this place is great. Easy access to CVS and Piblic as well as all the shops at UTC. Property owner is nicely responsive to any questions.

Owner very hard to deal with and made threats to us. Very unfriendly.

When we first arrived the Cable TV and Internet were not working. We called to ask the owner about it and he said it was working for the people who were there before us so he didn't know what could be wrong. The place was also very dusty and some dishes were put away in cabinets unclean. After two more days with out Cable TV and Internet I contacted the owner again. He told me to call the cable company myself. I tried to do that but they would not help me without an account number or Social Security Number. I texted owner asking for those things but he was unwilling to give that information out. Told him that I needed to work from there and needed internet connection right away. When we tried to sign on to TV or Internet again it said we needed to contact cable company because the bill was not paid. I texted owner again and told him this message was coming across. Later that day he said he took care of paying the bill but it was still another full day before we got service. At this point the owner told us that we should look for somewhere else to stay. That he was tired of dealing with us and he would give us a full refund if we moved within 48 hours. All we could thing of was HE didn't pay his bill, which he later admitted to me that he knew he hadn't paid because he was arguing with the cable company about something. Now HE is asking us to find somewhere else to stay with 48 hours notice in March the busiest time for tourists in Flroida because of spring break and snowbirds? We told him as long as the Cable TV issue an internet issues were resolved we had no intention of relocating. We had already paid for this unit in full and I was not going to ask my 85 and 83 year old parents to pack up and move all of our stuff again. The other issue we had was that the guest bathroom toilet was leaking into the unit below so on multiple occasion's the renters from underneath were up knocking on our door wanting to know what we were doing or if something had overflowed. After a week of this the property managers sent a plumber to investigate and determined that his cast iron pipe under his guest room toilet was broken and needed to be replaced. So we had to be at the unit for the initial inspection and while they did the work. Two separate days we missed out on getting to go to the beach and enjoy our time there. We will never rent from this person again and recommend that you dont either. The unit itself was nice enough with lovely view off lanai.

Pretty view, convenient location. Disappointed with Internet and cable tv service.

The condo has a lovely view of the 12th hole of the Highlands golf course. It is also conveniently located and for the most part, well equipped and comfortable. We loved the Meadows (we joined the tennis club) and the Chartwell Green community where the condo is located. So many kind, warm, generous, fun people. We did have a couple issues with the condo. The first was that our stay was for 6 weeks, and no vacuum cleaner was provided (condo had wall-to-wall light colored carpet). We notified owner who responded quickly that the housecleaner must have taken it. A new vacuum cleaner was delivered to condo about 4 weeks into our stay. The second was more disappointing. We had booked the stay until a Sunday, and as a courtesy, I notified owner we would be departing on Friday. Wednesday morning the tv cable and Internet service was disrupted. I notified owner and never received a response. We contacted the cable company who was able to identify the account through the serial number on the back of the cable box. We were advised that the owner had disconnected the service. This was a significant inconvenience (with no Internet, I was not able to work from condo) and disappointment (we couldn't watch the Olympics from the condo). We never did get a response on this issue from the owner which was unusual as he had always responded promptly, and we don't know why he disconnected the service before we checked out.

Very nice place to stay.

The condo was very nice, and the view over the pond and golf course very enjoyable. The sunsets were spectacular most of the time. The location is very good, close to shopping, restaurants, and the beaches are a reasonable distance away. We tend to eat in most of the time, and the condo was very well equipped. We would definitely consider staying there again.
