Cozy and comfortable

Great experience. Very comfortable for me and my 2 dogs. The area is very peaceful and my 2 dogs had no problems feeling safe and relaxed, as did I. Great relaxation and rest after climbing 14ers.

Awesome accommodations. Great property. Only thing was that the hot water in the shower ran out super quick. I had to take a shower at night to wash my hair and another in the morning to shave legs, etc. so if you have more than one woman staying, you’ll have to figure out a shower schedule. Other than that everything was excellent.

Beautiful location in a quiet neighborhood on a small golf course… Lots of trees and wildlife with pretty mountain scenery! The loft was comfy, cozy and Steve & Coleen were very friendly and helpful… We really enjoyed our stay! Just 10 minutes drive either way to Cottonwood Hot Springs or downtown BV with excellent hiking along the Arkansas River!

Highly Recommend

This was a perfect getaway! Our hosts were communicative, gracious, and kind. This lovely studio had everything we needed for a relaxing stay that is close to so much. We baked, picnicked in the yard, stargazed (wow!), played games, and took walks along a local river that runs through the neighborhood. We ventured out to explore one of the many 14ers, hiked the mountains along the Arkansas River, and enjoyed the charm of BV eateries and parks. We'll have to come back to hit the hot springs!
