This was the perfect spot for our 2 families to stay. Walking distance to downtown, and plenty of space to spread out. We had a great time in BV and would stay here again in a heartbeat!
We didn't know this was a duplex until we arrived but it worked well for our family of 7. The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we return to the area.

I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay, especially how easy it is to walk to Main Street and South Main. We rarely use our car when we go out to eat or shop at the fun stores and galleries. No parking woes!
We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean, comfortable and in a very convient location. We accidently entered the wrong side of the duplex and had a mix up with other renters. Our host was above and beyond gracious, communicative and helpful. We would love to stay again!

I’m glad you had a great stay. Mix ups happen, but thank you for being gracious as we worked it all out. I hope you will come again.
Wonderful property in a great location. All of the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Janna was very responsive and even left us local coffee ( so thoughtful). Very rare as we stay at VRBOs quite bit. Thank you for your kindness Janna!

I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay. I love to share our lovely mountain town with our guests. I’m glad you enjoyed the coffee.
It was clean and comfortable. We sat out on the deck for a while, which was private and quiet. It’s a great location. We walked to the Wesley Rose at the Chateau for dinner. I would stay there again.

I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay! One of my favorite things is how walkable our property is. I hate having to find a parking place in town, but I love walking to Main Street or South Main for happy hour or dinner. We also love to walk to the river and do some of the trails up into the Midland Hills.
We really enjoyed our stay. Accommodations exceeded our expectations and close to everything we had planned. Small touches like tissue, coffee and updated bathrooms appreciated.

Comfortable space for 6 people. Four adults and 2 children. Perfect for 2 people downstairs and a family of 4 upstairs. The use of the garage was very helpful. The area felt safe and quiet. Felt like home.

I’m so glad you and your family enjoyed our property. Our quiet neighborhood is close enough to hikes and town to make it a great base for adventures or a cozy place for family fun. I hope you can come again!
Great place to stay: very quiet neighborhood and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well organized with cabinets labeled and a large table with ample seating for 6. Parking in the garage was a nice benefit. Janna was a great host and communicated well.

It’s great to hear that you enjoyed our amenities and location. I find the labels very helpful because then you don’t have to search every cabinet and drawer for the can opener or whatever. LOL!
The host was easily accessible. She responded immediately to questions and was very accommodating. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen (with everything we needed), the nice backyard, the view, the neighborhood, and so much more—this was a great place to stay.

About the host
Hosted by Janna O'Donnell
We have lived overseas and we've vacationed all over the world, but BV has always appealed to us in a special way. Our family has come regularly in the summer and sometimes at Christmas for over 20 years before we decided to settle here permanantly. BV has so much to offer. We love rafting, fishing and hiking in the summer; leaf peeping in the fall; snowshoeing and snowboarding in the winter, and off-roading in our jeep year around. We're eager to share the BV charm and local adventures with our renters. We hope you have a wonderful visit, and we'll do all we can to make that happen.
