Quiet neighborhood, clean updated house

Pros: clean comfortable house in safe, quiet neighborhood. I appreciated having a desk and chair for laptop. Screened in patio was relaxing, watching the canal birds in morning. The showers were excellent, decent kitchen. Cons: the beds weren't bad but those outside the mattress bed frames stubbed my toe several times. No Keurig, no vacuum.

The rotunda in Southwest Florida

Very neat and clean home with all the amenities. The whole experience was five stars.

We arrived walked to the canal and there were piles of dog poop probably 10, large piles, so it was caution at all times! I called Olga and she said sorry and didn't offer a shovel or help! We went on the back porch and it was covered with dog hair which we swept and left with a note on the maid closet. Olga is new at this but hopefully she will learn, no one wants anyone else's dirt, especially after covid. Everything had been cleaned with a dirty cloth and the TV, stove were all streaked with swipes of dirt.She did a nice job remodeling, but needs a new cleaner!

Short 5 day stay

Very clean. No paper products except 1 box of tissues and toilet paper. Hard to open the lock box. TV was only streaming. No regular networks available. That said, it was overall a nice, safe place to stay.

Family Holiday Visit

The property is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all of Rotonda. It is a clean and well maintained property, with everything you could need for a stay away from home. We would encourage anyone who needs a quiet getaway to stay.

1week stay

The property was nice enough but adjoining homes were a mess. The home was clean but one bathroom toilet stopped flushing with just urine and paper. The other toilet had the chain to the flapper rust off and we had to pick up the flapper manually until the daughter could come out to fix it. My wife could not figure out the coffee maker for hot water and the stove could not be reset for the time. The stay was ok but now we are being charged a $100 fee for foreign substance in the sewer line. If toilet paper is foreign then cleaning out the sewer line may be necessary before they rent out this place again. Olga should have contacted us before adding a $100 fee. We rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bath and only received a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home barely.

Close to Beach and Golfing

We were finally getting floors done in our house in S. Gulf Cove. This location made it easy to check status and not be in the way of installers. The porch area is nice and relaxing.

Weekend get away

Nicely updated with a pool!

Kitchen and baths recently updated and great floor plan. Pool was a welcomed bonus. Host was excellent in accomdating our needs and with communication!

The house was extremely clean, well kept, and beautiful. Olga was great and had a wonderful Guest Book with tons of local information as well as House Rules. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Nice comfortable house in Rotonda West

We enjoyed our stay in this updated modern home. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We appreciated Olga accommodating us on short notice as we had business in the area. This would be an ideal set up for a family with two children. Thanks so much Olga!

Restful Rotonda

Property was as described online, bathrooms really updated and clean (as was kitchen). Enjoyed the generous screened in porch with my dogs in late afternoon, they could safely enjoy watching birds and so on. Olga (host) was responsive and process was easy.
