If you see this, please contact me, thank you. The hair and smell you mentioned in your review might be caused due to the same day check in and out between you and previous guests. There are several false statements in this review 1. The guest claims that the garage was malfunctioning when they checked in. However, on the second day after checked in, they specifically told us that everything was in working order. We also performed an inspection before the guest and found everything was in good condition. 2. The guest only paid for heating the pool for 14 days started from December 21st. They should stop using the pool heat from January 4th. However, the utility bill showed that the pool heat was on through January 16th. The pool was still warm when we inspected the property after they left. We had to turn it off. When we questioned them about it, the guest claimed that besides the 14 days they paid for, they only used the pool heater on the last day. This is all we have to say.

Guests failed to report the damage until my property manager found it as below. fortunate it had been discovered before other guest's finger got cut. "I noticed some damage that has been done to the glass lamps in double bedroom. The one on the right side of the bed seems to be a bit dislocated from the metal base, it's loose and moving when lifted. The one on the left side of the bed (picture) is cracked in the middle and because the surface is not smooth you can actually cut your finger if you touch it. There was also a piece of glass I found under the bed, it matches those lamps"
