The Rim Village community is located just six miles away from the activity of downtown Moab and 12 miles from the breathtaking natural formations at Arches National Park.

This single level condo is truly charming. The bright and cheery living room has a fireplace and a cable TV, perfect for curling up and relaxing after a day of adventuring. This space opens into the fully stocked kitchen, where you can easily make and share meals with friends and family.

Inside, there are three bedrooms - one with a king-size bed, another with a queen, and a third with two twins. There are two additional rollaway beds and two full bathrooms, which means there's plenty of space to accommodate up to eight guests. Each bedroom has a cable TV.

You'll have access to the shared community pool from April to October and the hot tub from February through November. Spend your days hiking and biking along nearby Moab Rim or Slickrock Trail. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
