This unit has been completely updated in the last year with all new appliances, televisions, carpet, paint, decor and new living room furniture, this is a perfect place for that weekend getaway or family vacation. Not too high, the condo offers a fantastic view of the beach, but the all the privacy you want on your large and spacious balcony.

When you step in Princess 301, the first thing you notice is the beautiful view. The large entry hall leads straight into the open plan living area and straight out to the beachfront balcony. The living room seating includes a new queen sleeper sofa, loveseat and 2 recliners. There's plenty of seating for everyone to watch their favorite show or game on the new 65-inch flat screen television! The dining room is adjacent to the living area and kitchen and has seating for six at the dining table plus three more at the kitchen bar. Don't forget, there is a separate wet bar in Princess 301 that has a mini refrigerator and a separate sink. There's plenty of room to store all your favorite beverages!

If you'd rather be outside, the 10 x 30 corner balcony is accessible from the living room and the beachfront master suite. The balcony has an outdoor table with 4 chairs and 2 lounge chairs. You can dine al fresco or just soak up the sun. There's plenty of privacy, but the view is your own little piece of paradise!

The kitchen is open to the living dining area and as large as it gets! Washing dishes won't be a chore with the view you'll have out the floor to ceiling balcony doors and windows. All the kitchen appliances are brand new, and the kitchen is fully stocked, so the chef in the family will be very happy! There's even a TV in the kitchen. No need to miss anything while you're cooking. The laundry room is conveniently located by the kitchen and boasts a brand-new washer and dryer and a huge laundry sink. It's perfect for all your beach toys.

The master bedroom in Princess 301 is beachfront with direct access to the balcony. The master suite boasts large sliding glass doors and floor to ceiling windows. The bedroom includes a king bed for the "master" and a new flat screen TV and a DVD player, too. The private master bath has a brand new double sized shower with teak bench. Check out the pictures. The master bath also has double sinks, a large whirlpool tub and a walk-in closet.

The guest bedroom is perfect for your family. The room has a new king bed and a daybed with trundle and a new TV and a DVD player. It even has a view of North Lagoon and the Hathaway Bridge. There is direct access to the hall bath from the bedroom, so privacy is not an issue.
